ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT OF CIVIL SERVANTS
IN A STRUCTURAL POSITION

I. UMUM

., 2. The provisions of Article 7 are amended, thus the whole being read as follows:

" Article 7
.,, (1) Civil civil servants who will or have occupied a structural office must follow and pass leadership education and training in accordance with the competences set out for the post.
.,, (2) Civil civil servants who have met certain structural office competency requirements may be certified in accordance with the guidelines set by the office of tamper and control agencies as well as are considered to have followed and graduated education and the leadership training required for the post. "

., 3. Between Section 7 and Section 8, the following is the following Article 7 A, which reads as follows:

" Article 7 A
Civil servants who occupy structural positions may be appointed in a higher structural position if at least two (two) years in structural office are ever and/or still occupied by the law. except for the appointment in the structural post that the President powers. "

., 4. The provisions of Article 16 are amended, thus the whole being read as follows:

" Article 16
.,, (1) Chairman and Secretary Baperjakat Instansi Center is the official eselon I and the echelon II officials who are functionally responsible in the field of employment with members of other eselon I officials.
., (2) For the Central Instancy that only 1 (one) of the echelon I, the Chairman and Secretary of Baperjakat are the officials of the eselon II and the eselon III official who is functionally responsible in the field of employment with members of the echelon of II.
., (3) Chairman of Baperjakat Instancy of the Province of Propinsi was the secretary of the Province of Propinsi with members of the eselon II officials, and the Secretary was held by echelon III officials who led to the staffing of the staff.
.,, (4) The Chairman of Baperjakat Instansi County/City is the District Secretary of District/City with members of the echelon II officials, and the Secretary is held by the echelon III officials who are drugging the staffing.
.,, (5) Baperjakat membership is at most 3 (three) years old, and can be reappointed for the next membership period. "

This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
