Draw: that in order to support an administration order

as it has been edited with Presidential Decree No. 4 of 2002;

DECIDES:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON CHANGES TO THE DECISION
PRESIDENT NUMBER 108 IN 2001 ABOUT THE UNIT THE ORGANIZATION
AND THE TASK OF ESELON I MINISTER OF STATE AS IT HAS BEEN
AMENDED BY THE PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF 4 YEAR 2002.
Article I
Some provisions in Presidential Decree Number 108 of 2001 concerning
Unit of Organization and Duty of Eselon I Minister of State, as amended
with Presidential Decree No. 4 of 2002, amended as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 12 are amended, so it reads as follows:
" Article 12
The Minister of Culture and Tourism is composed of:
a. Minister of State Secretariat;
b. Deputy Field Preservation and Cultural Development;
c. Deputy Field of History and Purbakala;
d. Deputy Field of Art and Film;
e. Deputy Field of Product Development and Tourism Effort;
f. Deputy for Marketing;
g. Deputy Field Improvement of Capacity and Foreign Cooperation;
h. Deputy Accountability Field;
i. Expert Staff Of Social Pranata;
j. Expert Staff for Culture Value;
k. Expert On-field Expert Staff;
l. Expert staff of Economics and Science and Technology. "
2. The provisions of Article 13 are changed, so it reads as follows:
" Article 13
(1). Secretariat ...

(1). The Secretariat of State has the task of carrying out coordination
implementation of duties as well as coaching and granting of support
the administration of the Minister of State.
(2). Deputy Field of Preservation and Cultural Development
has the task of carrying out policy formulation in the field
cultural preservation and development.
(3). Deputy Field of History and Purbakala has a duty to implement
the formulation of policy in the field of history and antiquity.
(4). Deputy Field of Art and Film has a duty to implement
a policy formulation in the arts and film.
(5). Deputy Field of Product Development and Tourism Effort
has the task of carrying out policy formulation in the field
product development and tourism efforts.
(6). Deputy field of Marketing has the task of performing the formulation
policy in the field of marketing.
(7). Deputy Field Development and Overseas Cooperation
has the task of carrying out policy formulation in the field
increased capacity and foreign cooperation.
(8). The deputy field of accountability has a duty to implement
a formulation of policy in the field of accountability.
(9). The Social Field Expert Staff has a duty to provide
a review of social prankland issues.
