PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a. that to be able to play a role as a moral force that has credibility to support national development, the University of North Sumatra must have its independence;
., b. that the University of North Sumatra has had sufficient management capability to achieve its independence, autonomy, and greater responsibility;
., c. that in order to be able to realising that intent above, it needs to be immediately established the legal status of the University of North Sumatra as a state-owned legal entity.

.,, SET: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE DESIGNATION OF NORTH SUMATRA UNIVERSITY AS A STATE-OWNED LEGAL ENTITY.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
., 1. The University is the University of North Sumatra as the State-owned Law Agency.
2. The Minister is the Minister in charge of higher education.
., 3. The Minister of Finance is the Minister responsible for representing the Government in the field of finance which has the authority in any separation of the wealth of the wealth of the State to be placed as an early wealth at the University.
., 4. The Assembly of the Guardians is an organ of the University that serves to represent the Government and the community.
. .5. The Board of Audit is an organ of the University that independently evaluates the results of internal and external audits of the implementation of the University for and on behalf of the Guardian Assembly.

., 8. The Great Teachers 'Council is the University's Great Teachers' Council which serves on the coaching of academic life and moral integrity as well as ethics in the sivity environment of the University's academia.
., 9. The Rector is the Chairman of the University who is authorized and responsible for the establishment of the University.
10. Sivitas Akademika is a lecturer and student of the University path.

BAB II
STATE-OWNED LEGAL ENTITY

Section 2
., (1) With the Regulation of this Government University of North Sumatra which was established on June 4, 1952 and dinegerikan on September 1, 1957, is designated as the State-owned Law Agency which organizes higher education.
., (2) With the designation as referred to in paragraph (1), then all rights and obligations, supplies and wealth except the land, the hosting of higher education, including employees is transferred to the assets and employees of the University.
.,, (3) The implementation of the diversion as referred to in paragraph (2), is governed by the Minister and the Minister of Finance.

.,, (1) The university is a nonprofit that organizes education, research, and devotion to the community.
.,, (2) The university has its coat of arms, mars, hymns, flags and cap as attributes that form and its use are set further in the Household Budget.

Universities are organized based on asas:
a. Faith and a fortitude to the Almighty God;
B. High morality;
C. Academic freedom;
D. Scientific Freedom;
e. Universality;
f. Independence;
G. Accountability; and
h. Quality.

University objectives are:
., a., a. Preparing educated participants became a member of a moral society, which has academic, professional and vocational abilities that can apply, develop and/or enrich the science, technology and/or art sciences;
., b. Developing and disseminating science, technology and/or art, especially those based on industry cooperation in the broad sense, and striving for their use to improve the level of community life and enrich the national culture;
., c. Support the development of a democratic tapestry society by acting as a self-sufficient moral force;
., d. Achieve a competitive advantage through the principle of resource management in accordance with professional management principles; and
., e. Improving the quality sustainably to occupy a superior position in global competition and cooperation.

The Third Part
The Position And Term

Section 6
The university is based in Medan, North Sumatra.

Section 7
The University as a State-Owed Law Agency was established for an unspecified period of time.

The Fourth Part
The Wealth And Funding

Section 8
.,, (1) The initial wealth of the University comes from the wealth of the State separated from the State Budget and Shopping Budget.
., (2) The initial wealth of the University as referred to in verse (1), is the entire wealth of the State that is embedded at the University except the land.
., (3) The value of the initial wealth value as it is referred to in verse (2), is set by the Minister of Finance based on calculations jointly conducted by the Department of National Education and the Treasury Department.
.,, (4) The Penataenterprise of the separation of the wealth of the State to be placed as the early wealth of the University as referred to in paragraph (1), organised by the Minister of Finance.
.,, (5) The wealth of the State of the land as referred to in verse (2), is utilized entirely for the benefit of the University and cannot be moved to.
.,, (6) The sovereign wealth of land by including third parties, first must receive written approval and the Minister of Finance.
.,, (7) The results of the wealth utilization of the land as referred to in verse (5) and verse (6), into revenue and the University and are used for the execution of the duties and functions of the University.

Section 9
., (1) Intellectual Property Rights composed of patent, copyright, and other forms of intellectual property rights are wholly owned or partially owned by the University.
.,, (2) the acquisition, use, and management of intellectual property rights are further set up in the decision of the Guardian Council with the benguidelines on the provisions of applicable laws.

Section 10
(1) The financing of the holding and development of the University is derived from:
., a., a. Government;
B. communities;
c. non-binding foreign parties; and
D. efforts and savings of the University.
.,, (2) The Funds of the Government as referred to in paragraph (1), are derived from the State Budget and Shopping Budget.
., (3) The University allocates budgets that are derived from the public and or the efforts of the University ' s savings as a co-fund companion obtained from the Government of the Leeches.
.,, (4) University acceptance as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b, not the Reception of State Not Tax (PNBP).

The Fifth Part
The organization

Section 11
.,, (1) The University Organization consists of the Assembly of the Guardians, the Board of Audit, the Academic Senate, the Grand Master's Council, the Leadership, the Lecturer, the Administration, the Librarian, the Librarian, the Engineer, the academic executive element, the acting element, and the supporting element.
.,, (2) The academic executor consists of the Faculty and Department, Institution and other forms that are viewed as necessary.
.,, (3) The administrative executor is composed of the Bureau, Parts and other forms that are viewed as necessary.
.,, (4) The supporting element consists of the Library and Information Systems, Laboratory, University Workshop, Experimental Gardens, Computer Centers, business units and other forms that are viewed as necessary.

The Sixth Part
The Guardian Council of Amanat

Section 12
.,, (1) The Assembly of the Guardian Amanat is the organ of the University which serves to represent the interests of the Government and the interests of the community.
(2) The Assembly of the Guardians of Amanat consists of 21 persons representing the element:
., a., a. Minister;
B. Academic Senate;
C. Society; and
D. Rector.
.,, (3) Members of the Mayor of the Guardian Amanat were appointed and dismissed by the Minister after receiving a proposal from the Academic Senate.
.,, (4) Members of the Guardian Council who represent the Minister of number 1 (one) of the person assigned by the Minister.
.,, (5) Members of the Guardian Assembly representing the Academic Senate numbering 8 (eight) persons elected from and by the Academic Senate.
.,, (6) Members of the Guardian Assembly as referred to in paragraph (5), must meet the main criteria on commitment, ability, integrity, achievement, insight, and interest in the development of the University.
.,, (7) Members of the Guardian Council of Amanat who represent a society of 11 (eleven) persons proposed by the Academic Senate.
.,, (8) Members of the Assembly of the Guardians as referred to in verse (7), must meet the main criteria on commitment, ability, integrity, achievement, insight, interest to the development of the University, and non-partisan.
.,, (9) Members of the Guardian Assembly, are appointed for a term of 5 (five) years, and may be reappointed, with no more than 2 (two) times in a row.
.,, (10) the Assembly of Guardians is chaired by a chairman and assisted by a Secretary who is each chosen from and by other members with a term of 5 (five) years.
.,, (11) Rector is a member of the Assemblies of the Guardian of Amanat which cannot be elected as Chairman and has no voting rights in the event of a vote.
.,, (12) The Chairman and Secretary of the Assembly of the Guardians are not justified in taking up the post as leadership or structural office of the University, other colleges, government agencies, and other posts that can lead to conflict. interests with the interests of the University
.,, (13) Tata election means, proposal, and dismissal of the Chairman, Secretary and Member of the Guardian Assembly including its composition and the sum of each of its units are further set up in the Household Budget.

Section 13
(1) The Guardian Council is responsible for:
., a., a. Establish the University ' s general policy in non-academic fields;
B. Elevating and dismiss University Leadership;
C. Passing the Strategic Plan as well as the University Budget and Budget Plan;
D. Carry out general oversight and control over the management of the University;
e. Perform assessment of the performance of the University Leadership;
., f. With the Leadership of the University drafting and delivering an annual report to the Minister; and
., g. Provide input and opinions to the Minister about the management of the University.
.,, (2) In order to carry out the duties as referred to in paragraph (1), the Assembly of the Guardian of Amanat is authorized:
.,
., a., a. Passing the University ' s Household Budget proposed by the Academic Senate;
., b. Establish the provisions of the principle of prudness in the framework of the University's management; and
C. Appoint and elevate an independent and professional external auditor.
.,, (3) The execution of the authority as referred to in paragraph (2), is set further in the Household Budget.
.,, (4) The required budget for the implementation of the Assemblies of the Guardians of the Guardian Council is charged on the University budget.

Section 14
.,, (1) The Guardian Council organizes a security meeting a lack of one (one) times in 6 (six) months.
., (2) The meeting is considered valid when attended by at least 2/3 (two-thirds) of the entire member, and is withdrawn when the quorum has not been reached.
.,, (3) The meeting decision is set on the basis of the mufakat and when required can be made a vote.
.,, (4) Each member of the Guardian Assembly has the same voting rights, except in matters relating to the appointment and dismissal of the Rector, the member representing the element of the Minister 35% (thirty-five percent), the other members have together 65% (sixty-five percent), and the Rector did not have the voting rights.

The Seventh Part
The Audit Council

Section 15
.,, (1) The Audit Council is an organ of the University that independently carries out the evaluation of the results of internal and external audits of the University for and on behalf of the Guardian Assembly.
.,, (2) Members of the Audit Board are elected, appointed and dismissed by the Assembly of Trusts.
.,, (3) Members of the Audit Board amount to as many as 5 (five) persons consisting of members of the members, the Secretary and the members.
.,, (4) The Board of Audit carries out the evaluation of the results of the University audit in the field of finance and academic fields.
(5) The Audit Council is responsible to the Guardian Assembly.
.,, (6) Members of the Audit Board are appointed for a term of 5 (five) years and may be reappointed, with no more terms and 2 (two) times in a row.
.,, (7) Penation, order of appointment, and dismissal of members of the Board of Audit is set further in the Household Budget.

Section 16
(1) Board of Audit of the bents for:
., a., a. Establish an internal audit policy;
B. Study and assess the results of internal and ecennal audits; and
C. Take a conclusion and submit a suggestion to the Assembly
.,, (2) The implementation of the Audit Board duties of the Board is charged to the University budget.
.,, (3) The hosting of the Audit Board duties will be set further in the Household Budget.

The Eighth Part
The Academic Senate

Section 17
.,, (1) The Academic Senate is the highest normative body of the University in the academic field.
(2) The Academic Senate is tensed from:
., a., a. The Deputy Master of Great;
B. Vice Lecturer is not a Great Teacher;
C. Recton and Rector Assist;
D. Dean;
e. Head of the Library and Information Systems; and
f. Another element set by the Academic Senate.
.,, (3) The Vice Master is as many as 25% (twenty-five percent) and the number of members of the Great Teachers ' Council.
.,, (4) Vice Dosen is not a Grand Master selected through the election by each faculty as many as 3 (three) people.
.,, (5) Another representative of the element set by the Academic Senate as many as 4 (four) people.
.,, (6) Members of the Academic Senate unless an ex-ofuicio member is appointed for a term of 5 (five) years, and can be reelected.
.,, (7) The Academic Senate is led by the Chair and the Secretary selected from and by members for a term of 5 (five) years, and can be reelected.
.,, (8) The Rector is a member of the Academic Senate which cannot be elected to the Chair nor the Secretary.

Section 18
.,, (1) The Deputy Grandmaster in the Academic Senate as referred to in section 17 of the paragraph (3), was chosen through the election of and by the members of the Grand Master ' s Council.
.,, (2) The Great Teachers 'Council as referred to in verse (1), consists of the entire Master' s entire Great Teachers ' University.
.,, (3) The Great Teachers 'Council is headed by a Chair and assisted by a Secretary selected from and by a member of the Grand Master' s Board for a term of 5 (five) years, and can be re-elected.
(4) The Great Teachers ' Council is tasked to:
.,
., a., a. Provide input to the University Leadership in terms of scientific development and education quality;
., b. Provide input to the University Leadership in terms of academic atmosphere coaching, scientific ethics, integrity and moral Sivitas Akademika; and
., c. It gives consideration to the Chairman at the suggestion of the appointment of the Grand Master, the Honorary Doctor, and the awarding of other honors.
.,, (5) The required budget for the execution of the Great Teachers ' Council duties is charged on the University budget.

Section 19
(1) Academic Senate duty for:
.,
., a., a. Provide an input to the Minister about the assessment of the performance of the Guardian Assembly;
B. Authorized to propose members of the Guardian Assembly to the Minister;
C. Drafting the University ' s academic policy;
., d. Drafting a policy of assessment of academic achievement and proficiency as well as the personality of Sivitas Akademika;
., e. Formulating the norms and benchmarks of the establishment of the University by keeping an eye on the principle of caution;
., f. Provide input to the Guardian Assembly based on its assessment of the leadership performance in academic matters;
., g. Formulating the rules of academic exercise of freedom, academic freedom of mimbar, and scholarly autonomy;
., h. Provide input to the Leadership in the drafting of the Strategic Plan as well as the Work and Budget Plan;
i. Conduct academic quality oversight in the holding of the University; and
J. Formulate a campus life order.
.,, (2) In order to carry out the duties as referred to in paragraph (1), the Academic Senate:
.,
., a., a. Authorities provide consideration to the Leadership of the University on the proposed opening and closing of faculty, departments, study programs, agencies and other academic units;
B. Authorized to propose a Household Budget to the Guardian Assembly; and
., c. Proactively juggle and pay attention to the views of the academic community and the general public.
.,, (3) The budget implementation of Academic Senate duties is charged to the University budget.

Section 20
.,, (1) the Academic Senate organizes a meeting of at least 1 (one) times in 3 (three) months.
., (2) The meeting is considered valid if attended by at least 2/3 (two-thirds) of the Academic Senate.
.,, (3) The meeting decision is set on the basis of the mufakat and when required can be made a vote.
.,, (4) A meeting decision based on a vote is set if approved by more than 50% (fifty percent) of the votes present in the meeting.
.,, (5) The manner of the Academic Senate meeting is set further in the Household Budget.

The Ninth Part
The leadership of

Section 21
.,, (1) The leadership of the University is made up of the Rector and assisted by some Rector's helpers.
.,, (2) The members of the University leadership must meet the general requirements as follows:
., a., a. Capable of carrying out legal deeds;
B. Nationality of Indonesia;
C. Healthy physical and spiritual;
D. It has high integrity, commitment, and leadership; and
e. Extensive insights into higher education.
.,, (3) Special requirements regarding University leadership are set further in the Household Budget.
.,, (4) The Rector Selection is executed at least 3 (three) months before the Rector's term is terminated.
.,, (5) The number and authority of the Rector of the Rector is further set up in the Household Budget.

Section 22
.,, (1) Rector was appointed and dismissed by the Mayor ' s Assembly through the vote.
.,, (2) Rector is appointed for a term of 5 (five) years, and can be reelected.
.,, (3) Rector aides were appointed the slowest 1 (one) months after the inauguration of the Rector by the Assembly of Guardians of the Rector's proposal.
.,, (4) Rector aides are appointed for a term of 5 (five) years, and can be reappointed.
.,, (5) The manner of nominating means, the selection and appointment of the Leadership of the University is set further in the Governing Household.

Section 23
(1) The leadership of the University is responsible for:

., a., a. Carrying out education, research and devotion to the community;
., b. Manage the entire University richness and use it optimally for the benefit of the University;
., c. Fostering the education and other labor force established by the University;
., d. Fostering relationships with alumni, University environment and society in general;
e. Hosting the University bookkeeping;
., f. Drafting the Strategic Plan bearing the objectives and objectives of the University to be achieved within the term of 5 (five) years;
G. Drafting the University ' s annual Work Plan and Budget;
., h. Report periodically to the Mayor 's Assembly on the advancement of the University academic unit' s work;
., i. Together with the Assembly of the Guardians Amanat drafted and delivered the Annual Report to the Minister.
.,, (2) In order to carry out the duties as referred to in paragraph (1), the Leadership of the University:

., a., a. Lifting and laying off the leaders of the faculty and other units in the University environment;
B. Lifting and laying off University employees;
., c. Appoint and appoint an internal auditor to execute and report the results of financial audits and academic performance audits based on audit policies set by the Audit Board; and
., d. Opening and closing the Faculty, Department, Study Program, Institute and other academic units by complicity with the Academic Senate consideration.

Section 24
.,, (1) The leadership represents the University in and out of court for the interests and purposes of the University.
(2) The Leadership Member is not entitled to represent the University if:

., a., a. There is a matter in front of the court between the University and the members of the Chairman concerned;
., b. The members of the Leadership are concerned with interests in opposition to the University's interests;
.,, (3) If the Rector is impeded to remain, then the Rector appoints one of the Rector aides acting as the daily executor of the Rector.
.,, (4) If the Rector is impeded to remain, then the Mayor's Assembly appoints one of the Rector's helpers to the end of the previous Rector's term.

Section 25
The leadership of the University is not justified in calling me a double position as such below:
., a., a. Leadership and other structural offices in other higher education institutions;
., b. Structural and functional positions in both central and local government agencies/institutions;
C. The leadership of the enterprise entity within and outside of the University; and
., d. Other posts that may pose a conflict of interest in the interests of the University.

The Tenth Part
The Academic Executor Element

Section 26
.,, (1) The Faculty coordinates and/or carries out academic and/or professions, and/or vocations in one or a set of branches of science, technology and/or certain arts.
.,, (2) The Faculty is led by the Dean and assisted by some Associate Dean aides.

Section 27
The Department carries out academic and/or professional education in one or a set of branches of certain science, technology and/or art.

The Eleventh Part
The institution

Section 28
., (1) The agencies coordinate and/or carry out research in various branches of certain science, technology and/or art, and coordinate and/or carry out services to the community.
(2) The institution consists of and several research centers and service centers.
.,, (3) the agencies are led by the Director and at least 1 (one) of the Deputy Director people.

The laboratory

.,, (1) The Laboratory of Basic Sciences coordinates and organizes the practicality of the practicality of basic sciences and the lectures of the general sciences at the University.
.,, (2) The Laboratonium Ilmu-science Basic is led by the Head and at least I (one) the Deputy Chief.

The Effort

Section 33
.,, (1) University ' s business unit can be in the form of academic, penal and comenial endeavour.
(2) The academic undertaking unit is an effort associated with academic activities.
(3) The support unit is a business that supports the activities of the University.
.,, (4) Commercial enterprise unit is a body of enterprise established and owned by the University in order to support the funding of the hosting of the University functions.

Section 34
.,, (1) The head of a commercial venture unit is lifted and dismissed by the Assembly of Trusanates for a specific term which is set up further in the decision of the Mayor's Assembly.
.,, (2) The head of a commercial venture unit is responsible to the Mayor ' s Assembly in conducting the management of commercial ventures.
., (3) At the approval of the Guardian Council, the head of a commercial venture unit may establish another form of legal commercial enterprise, whose stock may be wholly owned or partially owned by the University.
(4) Each year the leadership of the commercial enterprise unit is mandatory to compose:

., a., a. Work Plan and Annual Budget to obtain the approval of the Guardian Assembly;
., b. The Annual Report, consisting of financial statements and reports of activities is being held accountable to and passed by the Guardian Council.
.,, (5) Tata business unit management is further set up in the Household Budget

The Fourteenth Part
Planning And Management

Section 36
.,, (1) The Planning of the University is compiled in the form of Strategic Plans as well as the Work and Budget Plan.
.,, (2) The Strategic Plan is a strategy chosen to achieve the goal of and a number of annual 5 (five) annual programs to execute such strategies that are at least a lack of covering:
., a., a. Evaluation of the implementation of the previous Strategic Plan;
B. Evaluation of the strength, drawbacks, opportunities, and threats that exist at the time;
C. Assumptions used in drafting the Strategic Plan; and
., d. Job assignments, strategies, policies and work programs, as well as performance indicators.
.,, (3) The Strategic Plan was drafted by the Chairman after obtaining input from the Academic Senate, and submitted to the Assembly of Guardians Amanat to be discussed and then passed.

Section 37
.,, (1) The Kenja Plan and the Budget is the definition of the Strategic Plan in the annual work plan and annual income and spending budget.
.,, (2) The Work and Budget Plan of the University was submitted to the Assembly of Guardians the slowest 60 (sixty) days before the budget year began.
.,, (3) The Work and Budget Plan as referred to in paragraph (2), is authorized by the 30-day (30) day after the running budget year.
.,, (4) In terms of the Work Plan and the University Budget not to be authorized by the Assembly of Trusts as referred to in paragraph (3), then the previous year's University Budget and Budget Plan may be implemented pending the passage of the Plan. The University's proposed work and budget.

Section 38
.,, (1) The year of the University budget is valid from 1 January to the following December 31.
.,, (2) The governance of the University is regulated by and adapted to the needs of the University with regard to efficiency, autonomy, and accountability.

The fifteenth part
Accountability

Section 39
.,, (1) Within 5 (five) months after the book year is closed, the Joint Chiefs of the Guardian Council must submit an annual report to the Minister, who at least contains:
.,
., a., a. Financial Reports that include balance sheets, acceptance and cost calculations, cash flow reports, and net asset change reports;
., b. Academic report covering the circumstances, performance, as well as the results of the results that the University has achieved.
.,, (2) The financial statements as referred to in paragraph (1), are examined by functional supervisors.
.,, (3) Annual Finance Report and Annual Academic Report as referred to in paragraph (1), after receiving the passage of the Menterii, become public information.

Section 40

., (2) In the event of a Leadership Member who does not sign the Annual Financial Report and the Annual Academic Report as referred to in paragraph (1), it must be mentioned the reason in writing.

The Annual Financial Report is compiled in accordance with the applicable Financial Accounting Standards

The Sixteenth Part
Supervision

Section 42
., (1) The supervision of the hosting of the University is carried out by the Minister, who delegated this authority to the Assembly of Guardians of Amanat.
.,, (2) An internal examination of the University ' s financial management is carried out by the internal audit power of the University.

Seventeenth part
Employment

Section 43
.,, (1) The University Lecturer is a University employee, whose appointment and dismissal, position, rights, as well as its obligations are established under the agreement of work in accordance with the provisions of the law regarding the lecturers at the University.
.,, (2) administrative, librarians, technicians, and other personnel at the University are University employees, whose appointment and dismissal, position, rights, and obligations are established under a work agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Employment laws regarding employment.
.,, (3) Lecturer, administrative, librarian, engineer and other power at the University who at the time of the establishment of the University of Civil Servants status gradually transferred his status to a University employee
.,, (4) Civil Servant Employee status as a University employee, referred to in paragraph (3), is held for ever within 10 (ten) years by striving that the dual employment system is in effect in the following paragraph: It's a short time.

The Eighth Part
Student

Section 44
.,, (1) Students are a legally registered learer on one of the academic programs, the profession, and the University ' s vocation.
.,, (2) Foreign nationals may become University students after meeting the requirements and conditions of the applicable negotiations regulations.
.,, (3) Each student is required to carry out the costs of hosting education, except for other established students by the University, and is obliged to comply with all applicable regulations and conditions in the University.
(4) The student-student Onganisation is set further in the Household Budget.

BAB IV
THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 45
., (1) The University Senate which is the highest normative body before the University becomes the State-owned Law Board of the State remains an assignment until the formation of the Academic Senate.
.,, (2) Despite exercising the duties as referred to in paragraph (1), the University Senate also served:
., a., a. Establish the first order of the Academic Senate formation;
., b. Hosting the establishment of the first Great Teachers ' Council and Academic Senate;
C. Drafting the Home Budget Early Plan; and
., d. Make the necessary provisions until the formation of the Academic Senate.
.,, (3) The University Senate in the labeling of tasks as dimak-sud in verse (2), can form the workers ' bodies.
.,, (4) the tasks referred to in paragraph (2), completed the slowest 9 (nine) months since the enactment of this Government Regulation.
.,, (5) The occupation and tenure of the University Senate ended after the formation of the Academic Senate.
(6) The Academic Senate is most slowly 3 (three) months since forming must:

., a., a. Establishing the establishment of the establishment of the Guardian Assembly until the formation of the first Guardian Assembly;
B. Retirement of the Home Budget Final design
.,, (7) Academic Senate conveyance the final draft of the Household Budget to be passed the slowest 1 (one) month since the Assembly of Guardians of Amanat was formed.

Section 46
The transitional period of the establishment of the University and the status of the College of State into the State of State's Law Board is 5 (five) years, except as provided in Article 43 of the paragraph (4) and Article 45.

BABV
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 47
All University regulations that are at the time of the enactment of this Government Regulation, are stated to remain in effect as long as not contradictory and have not been replaced with new ones in accordance with the provisions of this Government Regulation

Section 48
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
