.,,, Menating: that in order to support the implementation of the task in the field of state finance, it is seen as necessary to fine-tune the Presidential Decree No. 109 of 2001 on the Organization Unit and the Task Eselon I Department as it has been some the last modified with Presidential Decree No. 23 of 2004;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT' S 2001 DECISION ON THE ORGANIZATION UNIT AND THE DUTIES OF ESELON I DEPARTMENT AS IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL TIMES AMENDED WITH THE PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NUMBER 23 IN 2004.
Section 1
Some provisions in Presidential Decree No. 109 of 2001 on Unit of Organization and Duty of Eselon I Department as have been several times amended with Presidential Decree No. 23 of 2004, amended as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 10 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:

B. Directorate General of Budget and Financial Balance;
C. Directorate General of Tax;
D. Directorate General of Customs and Excise;

h. Inspectorate General;
i. Capital Market Supervising Agency;
J. International Board of Economic Studies, Finance, and International Cooperation;
No, Financial Education and Training Agency;
I. Expert Staff of International Financial Economic Relations;
M. Expert staff of the State Reception Field;
N. State Expense Field Expert Staff;

2. The provisions of Article 11 are changed, so the whole reads as follows:

.,, (1) The General Secretariat has the task of carrying out the coordination of the execution of tasks as well as the coaching and administration of administrative support and the coaching and execution of the financial information and financial technology system.
., (2) The Directorate General of Budget and Financial Balance has the task of formulating and executing technical policies and standardization in the areas of fiscal policy, state income and spending budget as well as financial rebalancing.
., (3) The Directorate General of Tax has the task of formulating and carrying out the policy and technical standardization in the field of state acceptance that comes from tax.
., (4) The Directorate General of Customs and Excise has the task of formulating and carrying out technical policies and standardization in the field of pabeeness and excise.
., (5) The Directorate General of Financial Institutions has the task of formulating and carrying out technical policies and standardization in the areas of financial institutions, accountants, and assessors.
.,, (6) The Directorate General of the Treasury has the task of formulating and executing the policy and standardization of technical in the field of the state treasury.
.,, (7) The Directorate General of PiDebt and Lelang Negara has the task of formulating and carrying out the policy and technical standardization in the field of state debt and auction affairs.
.,, (8) The Inspectorate General has the task of carrying out functional oversight in the Department environment.
.,, (9) The Modal Market Supervising Board has a duty of carrying out coaching, setting, and oversight of capital market activities.
.,, (10) The Board of Economic Studies, Finance, and International Cooperation has the task of carrying out the study of economic, financial and fiscal issues as well as international cooperation.
.,, (11) The Board of Education and Financial Training has the task of carrying out coaching and coordinating education and training in the country ' s finance field.
., (12) The International Financial Economic Relations Expert Staff has a duty to provide a review of the issue of international financial economic relations.
.,, (13) The State Reception Field Expert Staff has a duty to provide a review of the country ' s admissions issues.
.,, (14) The State Spending Field Expert Staff has a duty to provide a review of the country ' s spending issues.
.,, (15) The Modal Market Development Field Expert Staff has a duty to provide a recourse on the issue of capital markets development.
.,, (16) The expert staff of the Public Development Management of the Country has the task of providing a recourse to the public coaching issues of the country's wealth management. "
