REGULATIONS OF THE PROVINCE OF YOGYAKARTA SPECIAL AREA (PERDA DIY)

NUMBER 5 IN 2004 (5/2004) ABOUT

HOSTING THE ROAD TRAFFIC IN THE PROVINCE OF YOGYAKARTA SPECIAL AREA

SET: REGIONAL REGULATION OF THE PROVINCE OF YOGYAKARTA SPECIAL AREA ABOUT ROAD TRAFFIC IN THE PROVINCE REGION YOGYAKARTA SPECIAL AREA.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 In this area regulations are referred to: 1. Area is the Propinsi Special Region of Yogyakarta. 2. Regional Government is the Government of Propinsi Special Region of Yogyakarta. 3. CHAPTER II AND PURPOSE

Article 2 (1) The intent of this Regional Regulation is to provide the legal basis in

Article 11 Motor Vehicle

CHAPTER VI INQUIRY
