ON THE DESIGNATION OF THE CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE FIELD OF NATIONAL COMMITTEE OF ORGANIZERS OF THE ASIAN SUMMIT OF AFRICA 2005

AND 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ASIAN ASIAN CONFERENCE

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that for the solubility and effectiveness of the implementation of daily tasks in membership of the National Committee Organizing Asia Africa Summit 2005 and the 50th Anniversary of the African Conference of Asia Africa needs to be established by the Chairman and Vice Chairman Field;

b. that in connection with this and in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the paragraph (2) of the Presidential Decree No. 47 of 2004 on the Organizing National Committee of the Asian Asian Summit 2005 and the 50th Anniversary of the African Conference of Asian Nations, It is necessary to establish a Presidential Decree on the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the National Committee of the Asian Summit of Africa 2005 and the 50th Anniversary of the African Conference of Asian Nations;

Given: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945 as amended by the Fourth Amendment of the Basic Law of 1945;

DECIDED: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE DESIGNATION OF THE CHAIRMAN AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE ASIAN SUMMIT. TIME

CHAIRMAN OF THE FIELD OF NATIONAL COMMITTEE OF ORGANIZERS OF THE ASIAN SUMMIT OF ASIA AFRICA 2005 AND THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE ASIAN ASIAN CONFERENCE.

Section 1 Establits the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Field in the National Committee of the Organizing National Conference of Asia Africa 2005 and the 50th Anniversary of the African Conference of Africa as follows: 1. The Field of substance:

Chairman: Director General Asia Pacific and Africa, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Vice Chairman I: Director of Intra Cooperation Asia Pacific Area and Africa, Directorate General of Asia Pacific and Africa, Department of Foreign Affairs.

Article 2 The task of each Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Fields as referred to in Article 1 is set by the Chairman of the National Committee of the Organizing of the Asian Summit of Africa 2005 and the 50th Anniversary of the African Conference of Asian Nations.

Article 3 The decision of the President came into effect on the set date.
