.,, weighed: a. that in Marrakesh, Morocco, on 18 October 2002, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed Instruments Amending the constitution and the Convention of International Telecomunication Union, Marrakesh, 2002 (Instrument of Change Constitution and the Convention of the Association of International Telecommunications, Marrakesh, 2002), as a result of the Conference that has the Full Power of International Telecommunications Society;
., b. that in connection with that, it is seen necessary to pass the Instruments Amending with the President's Decision;

., SETTING: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE PASSAGE OF INSTRUMENTS AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION AND THE CONVENTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATION UNION, MARRAKESH, 2002 (INSTRUMENTS OF CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGE AND THE CONVENTION OF TELECOMMUNICATION SOCIETIES INTERNATIONAL, MARRAKESH, 2002).
Section 1
Passing
Instruments Amending the constitution and the Convention of International Telecomunication Union, Marrakesh, 2002 (Instrument of Change of the Constitution and Convention of the International Telecommunication Society, Marrakesh, 2002) which has signed a delegation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia in Marrakesh, Morocco, on October 18, 2002 with some requirements
(reservations), which copies of the original manuscript in English and translation in Indonesian. as attached to this President ' s Decision.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation of the translation of the Syriac Instruments Amending translation in English with a copy of the original English text as referred to in Article 1, then the original copy of the manuscript is in the language of the original text. English.
Section 3
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
