DECIDED:
,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S RULE OF HONOR MONEY FOR A JUDGE ON THE COURT OF CRIMINAL CORRUPTION.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, the Judge on the Criminal Court of Corruption is a Career Judge and a Judge Ad Hoc who is appointed and assigned to the Court of Corruption, the First Level, the Level of Appeal, and the Level of Cassation. to prosecute criminal corruption in accordance with applicable law provisions.
Section 2
To the Judge on the Criminal Court of Corruption as referred to in Article 1, given the honorary money every month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the honorary money for the Judge on the Criminal Court of Corruption as referred to in Article 2 is as follows:
., a., a. The judge on the First-Level Corruption Tindak Court is Rp 10,000.000.00 (ten million rupiah);
., b. The judge on the Court of Criminal Criminal Court of Criminal Appeals is Rp 12.000.000.00 (twelve million rupiah);
., c. The judge on the Cassation Criminal Court of Cassation is Rp 14.000.00 (fourteen million rupiah).
Section 4
During the tenure of the Judge on the Criminal Court of Corruption was granted residential, transport, and security facilities arranged further with the Supreme Court Secretary 's Decision after it received the Finance Minister' s approval.
Section 5
Judge Ad Hoc on the Criminal Court of Corruption that carries out service trips is given the cost of transportation and accommodation in accordance with the terms applicable to the civil servants of the group IV.
Section 6
.,, (1) Judge on the Criminal Court of Corruption who is from a Career Judge and received honorary money under this Presidential Regulation, is not entitled to the Judgement of Justice based on Presidential Decree No. 89 of 2001 on the Improvement Judge.
., (2) Judge on the Criminal Court of Corruption that comes from civil servants and receives honorary money under this President ' s Regulation, is not entitled to any structural and functional office allowances.
Section 7
The Honorary Money for the Judge on the Criminal Court of Corruption under the Rule of the President is given since the matter is sworn in as a Judge on the Criminal Court of Corruption.
Section 8
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, prescribed by the Minister of Finance, the Secretary of the Supreme Court, and the Head of the State of the Union, both jointly and individually in accordance with the field of the President of the State of the Republic of the United States. their respective duties.
Section 9
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
