DECIDED:

., SETTING OUT: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE BENEFITS OF EDUCATION.

Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation referred to the Power of Education is:
1. Teachers assigned to:
., a., a. Kindergarten, Raudlatul Athfal/Bustanul Athfal, and an equal one;
., b. Primary School, Outstanding Elementary School, Ibtidaid Madrasah, and an equal;
C. First-Level Advanced Schools, Tsanawiyah Madrasah, and an equal one;
D. Middle School, Extraordinary School, Madrasah Aliyah, and an equal.
2. Pamong Learn assigned to:
., a., a. Sanggar Learning Activities; and
B. School Development Activities.
., 3. It is given the full duty to perform the activities of the School of Education in the District/City Education Service or the Department of Education in the School of Education.
., 4. The teacher who was given additional duty as the Head of the kindergarten, Raudlatul Athfal/Bustanul Athfal, and which is an equal.
. .5. The teacher was given additional duties as Principal of Primary School, the Extraordinary Primary School, the Ibtidaid Madrasah, and the equals.
., 6. The teacher was given additional duties as Head of First Level Advanced School, the Tsanawiyah Madrasah, and an equal one.
., 7. Teachers who are given additional tasks as Head of Secondary Schools, Extraordinary Schools, Madrasah Aliyah, and an equal one;
., 8. Superintendent of Schools and Supervisors of Religious Education Studies on Kindergarten, Raudlatul Athfal/Bustanul Athfal, Elementary School, Extraordinary Elementary School, Ibtidaiyah Madrassa, and an equal;
., 9. Supervision of the subjects/Rumour subjects and supervisors of guidance and counseling at First Level, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Secondary School, Madrasah Aliyah, and an equal;
10. The Superintendent of Extraordinary Education at the Extraordinary School.

Section 2
Headmaster in the office of the Power of Education, not a structural position.

Section 3
To the civil servants appointed and assigned as an Education Power, it is given the power of the Education every month.

Section 4
The magnitude of the Education allowance as referred to in Article 3, is as set forth in the Annex of this Presidential Regulation.

Section 5
.,, (1) The improvement of the Education Force as referred to in Article 4, is given count starting on January 1, 2006.
.,, (2) Since the start date of the allowance as referred to in paragraph (1), for Civil Servants who have received an Education allowance based on the Presidential Decree No. 3 of 2003 on the Workforce Improvement, To him, he was only given a margin of lack of the benefits of the education of education.
