INQUIRY
Article 25
(1) The investigation of the violation of the Regulation of the Regions is implemented by the PPNS in the State Government environment whose service is specified in accordance with the rules. Applicable law.

(2) The authority of the PPNS as referred to in paragraph (1) is as follows:
a. receive a report or complaint from a person about a criminal offense;
b. conducted the first act at the time at the scene and carried out an inspection;

d. commit forfeiture of objects and or letters;
e. take fingerprints and photograph the suspect;

BAB VI
ADMINISTRATION SANCTION of the First Section
General
Article 26 (1) Any person in violation of this Section Regulation may be subject to sanction
administration. (2) The sanction of the administration as referred to in paragraph (1) may be:
a. Permission revocation; b. fine; or c. Polyctional sanction.
(3) More technical provisions regarding administrative sanction as referred to in paragraph (2) are governed by the Mayor.
