THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SELECTION COMMITTEE AND THE SELECTION OF PROSPECTIVE INSTITUTIONS
WITNESS PROTECTION AND THE VICTIM
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to streamline the selection and determination of prospective members of the Witness Protection Society and the Victims, Article 19 of the Law No. 13 Year 2006 on Witness Protection and the Victims assigned to the President to form the Selection Committee which Its membership is composed of elements of the government and the elements of society;
., b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to establish the Presidential Decree on the Establishment of the Selection Committee and the Election of the Candidate for the Witness Protection Society and the Victims;
., c. that those whose names are listed in the Presidential Decree are seen as capable of carrying out such duties;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia of Indonesia Year 1945;

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE FORMATION OF THE SELECTION COMMITTEE AND THE ELECTION OF PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS OF THE WITNESS PROTECTION AGENCY AND THE VICTIM.

Second: The Selection Committee as referred to in the Diktum Kesatu has a task:

.,, 1. announce the registration of the admission of the prospective members of the Witness Protection Institution and the Victims filed by the individual, group of people, or the correctional organization;
.,, 2. conduct registration and administrative selection as well as quality selection and moral integrity of prospective Witness Protection Instituts and Victims;
.,, 3. selected and determined 21 (twenty-one) people of prospective Witness Protection Institutions and Victims;
., 4. ... to be selected by 14 (fourteen) prospective persons to be submitted to the People's Representative Council;
., .5. provide a report on the conduct of the task to the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
THIRD: In carrying out his duties, the Selection Committee is responsible to the President.
