That in order to improve the purpose and outcome of the Indonesian National Armed Forces, it is necessary to change the principal salary of the Indonesian National Armed Forces as set in Government Regulation No. 11 of the Year of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Indonesian). Third Change In Government Regulation No. 28 Year 2001 on the Regulation of Gaji Member of the Indonesian National Army;

Section 1

Changing the Annex of Government Regulation No. 28 of 2001 on the Salary Regulations Of The Indonesian National Army (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2001 Number 51, Additional Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4093), As It Had Been Three Times modified with the Government Regulation:

., b. Number 67 of 2005 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2005 No. 152); and
C. Number 11 of 2007 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007 No. 29),
And so as to be as set forth in this Attachment of the Government
2. The provisions as set in number 1 are valid since 1 January 2008.
Section II
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
