PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to encourage improvements in the performance of the Papuan People's Assembly, the adjustment of the financial rights of the Leadership and Members of the Papuan People's Assembly is more adequate, so it needs to change some provisions in Government Regulation No. 54 2004 on the Papuan People's Assembly;

b. that based on consideration as indicated on the letter a, it needs to establish the Government Regulation on the Change of Government Regulation No. 54 of 2004 on the Papuan People's Assembly;

DECIDE:

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE CHANGE OVER GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 54 OF 2004 ON THE PEOPLE ' S ASSEMBLY OF PAPUA.

Article I Some provisions in Government Regulation No. 54 of 2004 concerning the People's Assembly of Papua (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2004 No. 165, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4461), changed as following:

The income for the Chairman and Member of the MRP is made up: a. Money Representation; b. Package Money; c. Term Benefits; d. Welfare Benefits; E. Family Benefits; and f. Rice Allowance.

2. The provisions of Article 58 paragraph (2), paragraph (3), paragraph (4), and paragraph (6) are amended, so that Article 58 reads as follows:

Section 58

(1) The Chairman and Member of the MRP are given the Money of Representation.

(2) The Magnitude Of The Speaker's Representation Money. The MRP is at least 90% (ninety perhundred) of the Governor's principal salary.

(3) The magnitude of the MRP Vice Chair is 80% (eighty-one hundred) of the MRP Chair's Representation Money.

(4) The Magnitude Of The MRP Member's Representation Money is 75% (seventy-five perhundred) of the MRP Chairman's Representation Money.

(5) In addition to the Representation Money, to the Leadership and Members of the MRP given Family Improvement And Rice Allowance.

Section 65

I. UMUM

Government Regulation No. 54 of 2004 on the People's Assembly of Papua is the implementation of Law No. 21 of 2001 on Special Autonomy of Papua Province which among others governs the provisions of the leadership financial rights and MRP members, in its development, are inadequate to support MRP's tasks and functions that need to be changed.
