REGULATIONS MINISTER REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

NUMBER: 66/M-IND/PER/9/2008 ABOUT

THE DEVOLUTION OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE PERMIT AND EXPANSION PERMITS IN ORDER OF CAPITAL PLANTING

WITH GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW

:

a. that in accordance with the provisions of the Government Regulation No. 38 of 2007 and the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 41/M-IND/PER/6/2008 on the Terms and Conditions of the Industrial Business License, Enlargement and Sign of Industry, the authority of the Industry, Industrial-field permissions are on the Government and Local Government;

b. that in the implementation of the Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 41/M-IND/PER/6/2008 on the Terms and Conditions of the Industrial Business License, Enlargement and Enlargement of the Industrial List, preparations are required for the local government so that it needs to be set up transition period;

c. that in order to publish the issuer of capital cultivation in Indonesia on the industry field during the transition period, it needs to give the Head of the Agency

d. that based on consideration as a letter a, b and letter c, need to be issued the Minister of Industry Regulation.

Establises

:

MINISTRY MINISTER REGULATION OF GRANUATION ADMINISTRATION OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE PERMIT AND EXPANSION PERMIT FOR CAPITAL PLANTING

Article 1 (1) devolve of Minister of Industry authority to

Head of Capital Planting Coordination Agency (BKPM) to publish Approval Principles, Industrial Permit, and Enlarging the industry Government authority.

(2) Authorization of the Approval Principle, IUI and Enlargement License of the industry which became the authority of the local government as the Regulation of the Industry Minister Number 41/M-IND/PER/6/2008 about The provisions and regulations of Industrial Business Permits, implemented by local governments.

(3) Authorization Publishing Authorization, IUI and Extension Permit as referred to in paragraph (1) and (2) may be executed by the Chief of BKPM for and on behalf of the Minister of Industry until the 31st. December 2008.

Section 2 of the Approval Principle, IUI and Extension Permit that have been issued by the Chief of BKPM before the Regulation of this Minister are enacted, stated in effect under the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 3 of the Minister ' s Ordinance comes into effect on the set date and has its durability ebb since June 25, 2008. In order for everyone to know, the Minister's Regulation is promulred by placing it in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
