REGULATIONS of the INSTITUTION of WITNESS PROTECTION and VICTIM number 1 in 2009 ABOUT the CODE of ETHICS with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the LEADERSHIP INSTITUTION of WITNESS PROTECTION and victim, Considering: a. that the protection of witnesses and Victims are State institutions which are independent in the discharge of its duties and handle protection to witnesses and victims; b. that the protection of witnesses and Victims in the exercise of those powers and functions require the integrity, professionalism, and dedication in carrying out its task of granting protection and assistance to witnesses and victims; c. that based on considerations as referred to in letters a and b need to put in place Regulatory institution of witness protection and victims about the code of ethics of the Institute of protection of witnesses and victims of which are the norms that must be adhered to in order to keep the honor, dignity, and integrity of the institution of witness protection and victim.

DECIDING Set: regulatory INSTITUTION of WITNESS PROTECTION and VICTIMS ABOUT the CODE of ETHICS CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 in this rule is: 1. Protection of witnesses and victims of the LPSK is hereinafter referred to as the institution of witness protection and victims as stipulated in Act No. 13 of 2006 on the protection of witnesses and victims. 2. Code of ethics the LPSK hereinafter referred to as the code of conduct is a basic personality and ethical value of the implementation of the tasks that must be followed and implemented by members of the LPSK LPSK and employees in carrying out the tasks of the Organization as well as in living the life of a person.

Officers of the LPSK is personnel who assist the implementation of the basic tasks and functions as well as administrative assistance LPSK, responsible to the members of the LPSK in accordance with legislation. CHAPTER II OBJECTIVES and PRINCIPLES article 2 of the code of ethics aimed at keeping the honour, dignity and professionalism, as well as a form of accountability to the public in carrying out duties as members and officers of the LPSK LPSK. Article 3 in the exercise of the functions, duties, and authority of members and officers of the LPSK LPSK with respect to the position and the work is obliged to realize the Vision and mission of the LPSK. CHAPTER III BASIC VALUES – VALUES of PERSONALITY article 8 each Member and employee of the obligatory LPSK LPSK have basic values of personality as follows: a. integrity, i.e. to behave and act honestly and consistently strong inner attitude, not to do the things that are forbidden by laws and other social norms, holding fast to the truth and uphold the values of Justice, as well as responsibility for all his actions;

Anti discrimination, namely the attitude of life that upholds the equality and the rights of our fellow human beings without discriminating among the background, doing no restriction, the criterion-bedaan, harassment, or exclusion that is directly or indirectly based on the distinction of human beings on the basis of religion, tribe, race, ethnic, group, class, social status, economic status, sex, language, sexual orientation, and political beliefs, either in order to perform tasks as well as in his personal life; d. Example, i.e. capable of applying attitudes and actions are always consistent, in compliance with standard norms are legally binding and social events demonstrated to his fellow colleagues in carrying out tasks and personal life as well as society, g. showed a positive personal integrity to his fellow co-workers and society as the personal responsibility to give a good impression upon the existence of institutions that overshadows. Chapter V VIOLATIONS of CODE of CONDUCT article 10 breach of code of ethics is any speech, writing, or conduct of a member of the LPSK LPSK and employees who violate basic personality and ethical value of the implementation of the tasks set forth in the code of conduct LPSK.
