DECIDED TO ESTABLISH: REGULATION OF WITNESS PROTECTION AGENCIES AND

CHAPTER II OF THE PURPOSE AND PRINCIPLE

CHAPTER III THE FUNDAMENTAL VALUE OF PERSONALITY
