NUMBER 12 YEAR 2009 ON

PROVISIONS STUDY DUTY IN COLLEGE OUTSIDE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY FOR ARMY MEMBERS NATIONAL INDONESIA

AND CIVIL SERVANTS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE DEFENSE MINISTER,

Draw: a. that for the sake of the defense of the state, it needs to give members of the Indonesian National Army and civil servants to attend college outside of the Ministry of Defense education and the National Army. Indonesia;

b. that the Decree of the Minister of Defense Number: Kep/07/M/VIII/2002 dated 12 August 2002 on the Provisions of Learning in Colleges outside the Education Institute of the Department of Defense and the Indonesian National Army for the National Army Soldiers Indonesia and the civil servants, need to be adjusted to the defense interests of the current state;

c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b need to establish the Defence Minister's Regulation on the provisions of the Study of Learning at the College outside the Department of Education. Given: 1. DECIDED: Establishing: DEFENSE MINISTER REGULATION ON

PROVISIONS OF STUDY DUTY AT COLLEGES OUTSIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE EDUCATION AND INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY FOR MEMBERS OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY AND CIVIL SERVANTS.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1 In this Defense Minister Regulation, which is intended with: 1. The task force was a member of the TNI and the civil servant who got a letter

5. The Minister is the Minister of Defense. Section 2

III/c; 4. minimum 2 (two) years after completion of S-1 education; 5. directed to occupy a post that requires the expertise

c. Strata program 3: 1. have a Strata 2 Program diploma with a minimum of 3.00 IPK which

in accordance with the field of study to be followed; 2. a maximum of 45 (forty-five) years; 3. The rank for TNI members is minimal and for the minimum PNS

III/d; 4. minimum 2 (two) years after completion of S-2 education; 5. directed to occupy a post that requires the expertise

d. Specialization program 1: 1. have a degree of Strata 1 Medical/Dentistry Program,

with the study program in accordance with the organization ' s needs; 2. the age of not exceeding 35 (thirty-five) years, unless specified

another requirement by the organizer education institution; 3. Minimum of four (four) years; 4. The rank for TNI members is Lieutenant One up to the Lieutenant

Colonel and for the PNS is III/b to IV/a; 5. directed to occupy a post that requires the expertise

that is; 6. The health of the doctor, the doctor, and the seven. The request for the study was submitted by the authorities.

e. Specialization program 2: 1. have a Specialized Program degree of 1, with a study program appropriate

with the organization needs; 2. the age of not exceeding 45 (forty-five) years, unless specified

another requirement by the organizer education institution; 3. minimum 2 (two) years after completion of Sp-1 education; 4. The rank for TNI members is Major to Lieutenant

Colonel and for PNS is III/d up to IV/b; 5. directed to occupy a post that requires the expertise

that is; 6. The health of the doctor, the doctor, and the seven. A request for a study assignment was submitted by the authorities.

4. Special program 1 (Sp-1). maximum education time of 6 (six) years or 12 (twelve) semesters; and

5. Program Specialization 2 (Sp-2), a maximum educational time of 4 (four) years or 8 (eight) semester.

h. if the time limit of the study task is exhausted and the learnable task participant has not been able to complete an education instead of a learning task error, then it will be granted a tolerance for a maximum of 2 (two) semester tasks;

i. If the study task participant is unable to complete the education, the cost of the SPP is self-paid and the help of the education costs is dismissed by Director General Kuathan Dephan.

CHAPTER III OF OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS

PARTICIPANT IN THE STUDY ASSIGNMENT Article 8

Obligation of task participants to learn: a. signed Statement of Statement and/or IDK implemented

before becoming a study assignment participant and in effect since being declared accepted to follow education in college;

b. exercise an education in accordance with applicable terms and make progress reports of learning each semester's end;

c. report a plan for desertation/tesis/thesis and confirming the proposal submitted to college to Menhan u.p. Dirjen Kuathan Dephan;

d. filed a skripsi/tesis/desertation fee after the proposal was approved by the tutors; and

e. reported completion of education no later than 1 month after being declared a graduate by the college of the organizers by attaching a photocopy of diploma and academic value to the Minister u.p. Dirjen Kuathan Dephan.

Article 9 (1) Participants Learning tasks are entitled to an educational component that

includes: a. the cost of the registration form and selection;

b. development costs;. C. tuition/semester; d. life cost benefits; e. Operational costs; f. Research benefits that include research and scripsych/tesis/desertation; and g. exam fee.

(2) The provisions of the component and the quantity of charge for education as referred to in paragraph (1) are listed in the inseparable attachment of this Ministerial Regulation.

(3) In case there is a change about the component and The quantity of the charges as specified in paragraph (2) will be made changes according to the need.

CHAPTER IV TERMINATION AND SANCTIONS

Article 10 (1) Dephan may delay and/or dismiss the participant's education.

(3) The provisions of further execution as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are governed by the Directive of Jen Kuathan Dephan.

CHAPTER V education COST ASSISTANCE

Article 12 (1) Dephan gave the education cost assistance to:

a. exercised the execution of the selection of prospective recipients of educational expenses;

b. coordinate all stages of activities with the relevant parties;

c. sets the recipient of the educational cost assistance; d. control all stages of educational administration activities; e. submitted the need for budget support to the Secretary-General of Dephan; f. reported periodic activity results to the Minister; and g. make implementation rules about unregulated things and

not contradictory to the Regulation of this Minister's matter. (2) The administrative and/or educational selection costs are charged

on the budget of the Kuathan Dephan Intelligence budget. (3) In carrying out his duties as an organizer of the aid

education, Dirjen Kuathan Dephan was in charge of the Minister. (4) The components and quantity of educational expenses (listed in an attachment that

ADMINISTRATION FEES Section 13

(1) The administration charge of the hosting education is charged on the support The Dephan budget.
