THE REGULATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA FINANCE MINISTER

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HEALTH CARE MAINTENANCE OF MINISTERS AND CERTAIN OFFICIALS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY FINANCE MINISTER REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: That in order to conduct the provisions of Article 5 of the Presidential Regulation No. 10 Year 2009 on Health Maintenance of the Minister and of Certain Officials, need to establish the Finance Minister Regulation on Implementing The Health Maintenance Guarantee Minister and Top Officials;

DECIDE:

Establish: MINISTER REGULATION FINANCE REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HEALTH MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE OF HEALTH MINISTERS AND CERTAIN OFFICIALS.

Article 1

In this Finance Minister ' s Regulation referred to:

1. Iuran is the same as referred to in the Finance Minister's Regulation Number 05 /PMK.02/ 2009 on the Calculating Manner, Supply, Waters and Accouncability of the APBN Fund whose activities are carried out by PT Askes (Persero), including for the hosting of health insurance for the Minister, and the Certain Officials and the Family.

2. The Minister is the minister leading the ministry and

officials given the position or financial rights and facilities of the ministerial seextent.

3. Certain officials are officials in the Central Government environment that leads the non-department government agencies,

officials of the eselon I, and officials granted the position or financial rights and facilities of the eselon I.

4. PT Askes (Persero) is the Organizing Board which carries out the activities of the health insurance as referred to in the Government Regulation No. 69 of 1991 on the Maintenance of the Civil Service of the Civil Service, the Recipient Retired, Veterans, the Independence Pioneers and his family.

5. The Health Maintenance Warranty Program is the health care provided with the highest service facilities to the Minister and the Highest Officials during the performance of its duties.

6. Civil servants are the candidates for civil servants, civil servants, and state officials as set in Act No. 8 of the Year 1974 on Pokok-the subject matter of employment as amended under the Law No. 43 of 1999.

Article 2

(1) The Minister and the Most Certain Officials during the office

granted Full service health service through the health insurance mechanism.

(2) For the Minister and Certain Officials have benefited the health maintenance guarantee that applies to civil servants, health care services as referred to in paragraph (1), it is an increase in the benefits of health care referred.

(3) The health service as referred to in paragraph (1) is also given to the Family of Ministers and of Certain Officials.

Section 3

(1) Implementation of Minister and Acting health services

Article 12

(2) The results of monitoring and evaluation execution as referred to in paragraph (1) may be used by the Directorate General of the Budget as input materials in the proposed allocation of funds guarantee the health maintenance guarantee of the Minister and Certain officials in the next budget year.

Article 13

The resupply and thawing funds of the Minister's health maintenance guarantee and the Definite Officials for the 2009 Budget Year are set up as follows:

a. PT Askes (Persero) proposed a need for dues to the Minister of Finance.

b. Based on the filing of the fund needs as

referred to the letter a, the Minister of Finance cq. The Directorate General of the Budget, the Directorate General of the Treasury and

PT Askes (Persero) did a calculation on the needs of the fund.

c. The provision of the budget guarantee maintenance funds

Article 14

(1) In the case of the Minister and the Dignitaries and Families Which is granted under Article 4 after the publication of the Presidential Regulation No. 10 of 2009, until the Financial Minister's Regulation, will be reimburzed by PT Askes (Persero). As defined above, as set out in the Order of the Financial Services

(2) In the case of the Minister and the Official Officer dismissed from his post, the Minister and the Relevant Officials along with the Family continue to obtain a health maintenance guarantee up to 30 (thirty) days after The appointment of the new Minister and the Most Certain Official.

(3) The Ministry of State/Institution must notify of the change of Minister and Official Officer to PT Askes (Persero) the slowest 7 (seven) business days after the inauguration of the Minister and Certain new officials.

Article 15

In case there is a difference the understanding of health services in the granting of the health care of Ministers and of Certain Officials as set forth in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance then the health care that can be guaranteed to be decided by the Doctor of Ministers ' Team and Certain Officials.

Article 16

This Finance Minister ' s Regulation applies to the dues of the dues

The health care maintenance of the Minister and Officials is still being made available in the State Revenue and Shopping Budget and State Shopping and Change Budget.

Article 17

The implementation of the health maintenance guarantee of the Minister and of Certain Officials as set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance came into effect from 18 March 2009.

Article 18

The Operational Standards of Procedure required in order to perform the health services of the Minister and of Certain Officials as set forth in the Regulation of the Financial Minister are set by PT Askes (Persero) after First the Finance Minister's approval.

Article 19

The Finance Minister's Regulation is in effect on the date of the promulcity.
