REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA FINANCE MINISTER

ESTIMATED ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR NATURAL RESOURCE OUTCOMES FISHERY YEAR 2010

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD MINISTER FINANCE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

WEIGHED: that in order to implement the provisions of Article 27 paragraph (5) Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balance Fund, it needs to establish the Finance Minister Regulation on the Estimation of the Alocation Fund For The Results Of The Natural Resources Of The 2010 Budget;

DECIDED:

SET: THE FINANCE MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON ESTIMATED ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE NATURAL RESOURCES RESULTS OF THE 2010 BUDGET FISHERIES.

Section 1 (1) Of the Funds for Fisheries Resources for

each of the 2010 Budget Years is an estimate.

(2) Estimation of the allocation of the Fund for Natural Resources Results

The Fisheries in question in Article 1 of the paragraph (1), compiled based on the estimated acceptance as specified in the Law Number 47 of the Year 2009 on the State Budget and Shopping Year 2010 Budget.

(3) Estimates of the Alocation of the Fund for the Natural Resources of the 2010 Budget for each area are as specified in the Inseparable Attachment of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.

Article 2 (1) Of The Funds For Natural Resources Results

The Fisheries are implemented quarterly. (2) Funding Funds For Natural Resources

Quarter I and quarterly fisheries each implemented by 20% (twenty percent) of the estimated allocation of funds for the Natural Resources of the 2010 Budget Year.

(3) The funding of the Fund for Fisheries Natural Resources as referred to in paragraph (2) is further taken into account with the realization of the receipt of the Funds For the Natural Resources of the Quarter III and the quarter IV.

(4) The funding of the Fund for the Natural Resources Results of the Fisheries is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Article 3 of the Alignment as referred to in Section 2 for the New Autonomy Region may be implemented if it has been assigned a Regional Device Work Unit and Financial Management Officer.
