WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE FINANCIAL MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
DRAW: that to implement the provisions of Article 9 of the Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balance Fund, need to establish the Finance Minister ' s Regulation on the Estimation of the Alocation of the Fund for the Earth Tax Results and the Building of the Central Government Section Distributed To The Rest Of The County And The City Of The Budget Year 2010;

DECIDED:
SET: THE FINANCE MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON ESTIMATED EARTH TAX ALLOCATION AND THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT BUILDING BEING DISTRIBUTED TO THE ENTIRE COUNTY AND CITY OF THE BUDGET YEAR 2010.
Article 1
The state acceptance of the Earth Tax and Building is divided by a balance of 10% (ten percent) for the Central Government and 90% (ninety percent) for the area.
Article 2
(1) Reception of the Earth Tax and Building The Central Government section of 10% (ten percent) for the Central Government, is allocated to all counties and cities.
(2) Alocations for counties and cities as referred to in paragraph (1) are shared with details as follows: a. 6.5% (six-tenths of a tenth per cent) is shared
evenly to the entire county and city; and b. 3.5% (three five-tenths percent) was distributed as
incentives to counties and cities that realized the acceptance of the Earth Tax and Rural and Urban sector buildings in the previous budget year reached/beyond the acceptance plan set.
Article 3
(1) The Earth Tax Alocation and the Central Government section Building as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (2) letters shared to the entire county and city for the 2010 Budget Year are approximate.

(2) Estimates of the Earth Tax allocation and the Central Government section Building which are distributed to all counties and cities as referred to in paragraph (1) are based on the order of the Earth Tax acceptance and the Building as it is referred to in the 2009 Invite-Invite Number 47 of the State Budget and Budget of the Budget Year 2010.
(3) Estimates of the Earth Tax allocation and the Central Government section of the Building are distributed to all counties and cities as referred to in paragraph (2) of Rp1,722,915.999.632.00 (one trillion seven hundred and twenty-two billion nine The hundred and fifteen million, nine hundred and ninety-nine thousand six hundred and thirty-two rupiah.
Section 4
(1) The estimated allocation of the Earth Tax and the Central Government section Building as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (2) of the letter shared to the entire county and city for the 2010 Budget Year is as specified in the Inseparable Attachment of this Financial Minister Regulation.
(2) The Earth Tax Alocation and the Building of the Central Government section as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (2) letter b is based on the realization of the realization of a year's forwarding budget runs.
Article 5
