Article 6 The funeral rights at TMB were given to Private TNI/Purnawirawan and The PNS/Wredatama died and was buried with a military ceremony in the event of the following requirements: a. Active TNI soldiers include those in retirement preparatory days (MPP)

who do not meet the requirements for burial at TMPNU or TMPN; or

b. Retired TNI which has one of the Star-shaped State Honorary Signs in addition to the Star that requires to be buried in the Heroes Cemetery.

Article 7 of the funeral rights in the TPU is given to the Private TNI/Purnawirawan and the PNS/ Wredatama who died when meeting the requirements of the following: a. Soldiers of TNI/Purnawirawan and PNS/Wredatama who died

may be buried with a military ceremony at the TPU if it meets the requirements for burial at TMPNU, TMPN or TMB, but due to family pleas, the funeral may be performed at TPU; or

b. Private TNI/Purnawirawan or PNS/Wredatama who had no rights to be buried at TMPNU, TMPN or at TMB and his funeral was not with a military ceremony.

Article 8 of the Private TNI/Purnawirawan and PNS/Wredatama loss of funeral rights at TMPNU, TMPN, or TMB with military ceremonies if it is concerned: a. revoked the Service and/or an Honorary Sign in accordance with the rules

Article 9 (1) The funeral of the bodies of the TNI soldiers or PNS/Wredatama at TMPNU,

TMPN, or TMB is carried out with a military ceremony in accordance with the laws.

(2) The funeral of the corpse as referred to in verse (1), if done in the TPU then its implementation remains with a military ceremony.

CHAPTER III OF THE BURIAL MECHANISM

AT THE HERO BURIAL PARK AND THE HAPPY TOMB PARK Article 10

(1) The commander of the Unit/Ka Satker is concerned for the TNI/PNS soldiers actively applying for a funeral request to the Garrison Commander where the remains are buried.

(2) Family/Expert Waris are concerned for Purnawirawan/Wredatama filing a funeral request to the Garrison Commander where the remains are buried.

(3) If there is no Garrison, the Commander of the Unit/Ka Satker/Family/Warists are concerned to submit a funeral request to the Kodim Commander where the remains are buried.

(4) The funeral request was intended to be used in the cemetery.

hundred thousand rupiah); b. the cost of the body treatment was Rp. 1,000,000,-(One million rupiah); c. Funeral service costs of Rp. 1,000,000,-(One million rupiah);

and d. help to a family/heiress of Rp. 5,000,000,-(Five million

rupiah). (2) For Indonesian Soldiers and active PNS buried in TPU with ceremonies

military or without military ceremony apply the indices as referred to in paragraph (1).

Article 5 of the funeral rights in TMPN is given to: a. Soldiers of TNI/Purnawirawan and PNS/Wredatama who died

and are buried with military ceremonies when meeting the requirements as follows: 1. was named a hero based on the rules of the invite-

invitation; 2. (1); 3. Warriors of TNI/Purnawirawan who have one of the marks

Honorary ones: a) Guerrilla Star; b) Bintang Sakti; c) Bintang Dharma; d) Bintang Yudha Dharma; e) Bintang Kartika Eka Paction; f) Star of Jalasena; and/or g) The Star of Swa Bhuwana Force it.
