REGULATION OF WITNESS PROTECTION AGENCY AND VICTIM NUMBER 3 IN 2010

ABOUT THE STAGING OF THE MEETING

4. Regulation of the Minister of State Secretary of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5 Year 2009 on the Organization and the Working Works of the Secretariat of the Witness Protection and Victims Protection;

5. Decision of the Witness Protection Agency and Victim Number KEP-057/1.01/LPSK/07/09 on the Guidelines for Witness Protection of the Protection of Witness Protection and Victims.

DECIDED TO ESTABLISH: THE RULES OF THE WITNESS PROTECTION AGENCY AND

THE VICTIM ABOUT HOSTING CHAPTER I

PRELIMINARY Article 1

In this rule referred to: 1. The Witness Protection and Victims Protection Agency (LPSK)

is an agency responsible and authorized to provide protection and other rights to the Witnesses and/or Victims as set forth in Act Number 13 of the Year. 2006 on Witness Protection and Victims.

4. 5. The plenary meeting is the highest meeting of the LPSK for the highest possible decision of the LPSK.

6. An inter-field coordination meeting is a meeting organized by LPSK leadership in coordination and decision-making decision-related matters regarding the tasks and functions of the field.

7. A leadership meeting is a meeting organized by the leadership of the LPSK in order to coordinate and decide matters regarding the duties and functions of the leadership and functions of the secretariat.

8. A field meeting is a meeting held by the responsible field of discussing and deciding on matters relating to the task and function of the field.

9. Secretariat meeting is a meeting organized by the secretariat to coordinate the duties and functions of the secretariate in support of the duties and functions of the secretariacy.

10. A working meeting is a meeting held by the leadership in order to discuss the evaluation planning and reporting of the program and the budget

CHAPTER II OF THE MEETING

Section 2 (1) The plenary meeting is attended by the Members of the LPSK, the Secretary and the power

Article 4 of the coordination meeting between the fields discusses and decides: a. implementation of the principal task and the field function that requires the decision

of the LPSK member; and b. Employment and coordination relationships between fields.

Section 5 of the leadership meeting addresses and decides: a. execution of the principal tasks of the leadership and the secretariat; and b. matters relating to the support of task execution and function

LPSK. Section 6

The meeting of the field of discussing and deciding on matters relating to the task and function of the field.

Article 7 of the secretariat meeting and deciding on coordination and management of support as well as the facilities for the execution of the task And the LPSK function.

Section 8 of the Working Meeting discusses the planning, evaluation and reporting of the program and the LPSK budget

CHAPTER IV TATA WAY HOSTING MEETING

The first section of the plenary Meeting

Article 9 (1) Hosted by the leadership preceded by

notice or invitation from the leadership to all fields and secretariat.

(2) The plenary meeting is mandatory for all members or at least-less by 5 (five) LPSK members.

(3) In terms of LPSK Members cannot be present directly in the plenary meeting, then the member can follow the meeting with the help of the technology and have the same rights as the members present directly.

(4) The right to vote in decision making in the plenary meeting is only owned by LPSK members

(5) The plenary meeting is led by the LPSK leadership or designated member based on the duty letter of the Chairman of the LPSK.

(6) The secretaries and employees present in the plenary meeting, may be requested, the plenary meeting is possible to present the parties outside the LPSK required

(7) The results of the Meeting are arranged in a form of treatises or notulen meetings. The plenary load, among other things:

a. the time and place of the host; b. Participants in attendance and their validity, which are proven with

signatures; c. meeting of the meeting agenda; d. opinion field; e. Meeting conclusions; and f. follow.

(8) Treatise or notulen the plenary meeting is signed by a noscribe and is known to the boardled, with the list of attendance signed by the meeting.

(9) The results of the notulen meeting received a full copy of the copy of the meeting. is given to the LPSK Member. (10) The results of the plenary meeting were signed and parsed by the entire Member

LPSK present. Second Part

Interfield Coordination Meeting of Section 10

(1) Interfield coordination meeting held by the field preceded by the notice or invitation of the field

(2) The Plenary Meeting is executed at least attended by 2 (two) members of the LPSK

(7) The Secretary and the invited staff can give an opinion.

(8) Interfield meetings are compiled in the form of treatises or notulen meetings between fields, among others:

a. the time and place of the host; b. A member of the meeting that is present and its validity; c. the meeting agenda of the meeting; d. the process of the field discussion; e. Meeting conclusions; and f. Follow-up;

(9) the granting of power and implementation, as referred to in Verse (3) and Verse (4), are required to be recorded in the treatise or coordination meeting of the fields.

(10) Any treatises or notulen meetings between the fields signed a nowrite and is known to the meeting leadership, with a list of attendance signed by the meeting.

The Third Section of the Leadership Meeting, Field Meeting and Secretariat Meeting

Article 11 (1) The leadership of the authority sets out time and participants of the leadership meeting. (2) The results of the leadership meeting are structured in the form of a meeting or meeting of the meeting

Article 13 (1) The secretariat meeting is a meeting held by the secretary at

the environment of the secretariat, which is attended by officials and staff in the secretariat environment and can also be attended by the leadership and the Members of the LPSK as well as staff outside the secretariat.

(2) The secretariat meeting is led by the secretary and can also be led by the leadership of the LPSK

(3) The results of the secretariat meeting are compiled in the form of a treatise or a notulen meeting of the secretariat containing at least:

a. the time and place of the host; b. meeting participants present; c. meeting of the meeting agenda; d. process of secretariat discussion; e. Meeting conclusions; and f. follow.

RELATED provisions

Section 14

All provisions apply in the LPSK environment related to the meeting and have been there first stated remain in effect as long as not contradictory with this rule.
