DEVOLUTION OF APPOINTMENT, TRANSFER, AND DISMISSAL OF CIVIL SERVANTS

IN THE INTERIOR MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE INTERIOR MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to order the administration of the appointment, transfer, and dismissal of the civil servants need to regulate the devolution of appointment, removal and dismissal of civil servants in the Ministry of Home Affairs;

b. that the Home Minister's Decision Number 48 of 2001 on the Devolution Authority of Appointment, Transference, and Dismissal Of Civil Servants in the Home Department environment is not in compliance with the circumstances so that it needs to be replaced;

c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and letter b, it is necessary to establish the Minister of the Interior's Ordinance on the Devolution of Appointment, Transference, and Dismissal Of Civil Servants in the Ministry Environment In Country;

DECIDED: Establish: MINISTRY OF INTERIOR REGULATIONS ON

DEVOLUTION OF APPOINTMENT, TRANSFER AND DISMISSAL CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR MINISTRY.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1 In the Regulation of this Minister is referred to: 1. Civil servants are the civil servants of the Ministry of the Ministry

DEVOLUTION AUTHORITY Article 2

(1) The Minister of the Interior is bestoking a portion of the authority for appointment, transfer, and dismissal of Civil Servlet to: a. Secretary General in the environment of the Secretariat General and in the environment

The Institute of Internal Governance; b. Inspector General in the environment of the Inspectorate General; c. Director General of the Nation and Politics in the Directorate environment

General of the Union of Nations and Politics; d. Director General of the General Government in the Directorate environment

General Governance General; e. Director General of Regional Autonomy in the Directorate General

Regional Autonomy;

f. Director General of Bina Construction Area in the Regional Directorate General of Bina Regional Development;

g. Director General Empowerment Society and Village in the environmental Directorate General Empowerment Society and Village and in the environment of the Community and Village Empowerment Hall;

h. Director General of the Occupation Administration in the environment Directorate General of the Occupation Administration;

i. Director General of Bina Regional Finance Administration in the environment Directorate General of Bina Regional Finance Administration;

j. Head of the Board of Education and Training in the Environmental Education and Training Agency and in the Regional Diklat Center environment; and

k. Head of the Board of Research and Development in the Environment Research and Development Agency.

(2) The authority as referred to in paragraph (1), includes: a. Temporary stops of civil servants who rank the Penata

Level I class III/d to the bottom; b. The re-appointment of civil servants dismissed

while the ranking of the III/d class I Grade I class is below; and

c. The rapture, removal, and dismissal in and of the structural office of eselon IV.

(3) The form of execution of authority as referred to in paragraph (2) is specified by the Decree of the Minister of the Interior.

CHAPTER III OF THE PROVISIONS

Article 3 At the time of the enactment of this Minister Regulation, the Decision of the Minister of the Interior Number 48 in 2001 on the Devolution Authority of Appointment, Transference, and Dismissal Of Civil Servants in the Interior Department's Environment was revoked and declared to be not applicable.

Article 4 of the Minister ' s Regulation is beginning to apply on the date set.
