Article 4

Article 7
(1) PNS that will be appointed as a PPNS official is required to follow Diklat officials
PPNS.

Article 8

paragraph (2) letter b, reserved for the superiors of PPNS officials.
(3) Diklat officials PPNS a 40-hour pattern of the lesson as referred to in Article 7
paragraph (3) of the letter c, is reserved for a PPNS official in a specific inquiry field.
Article 9
(1) The Hosting Is In. PPNS officials are carried out by the Board of Diklat.

The terms for being able to be appointed as a PPNS official are:
a. The term of employment as the shortest PNS 2 (two) years;

d. Active duty in the field of law enforcement operations;

in a row with the average good value;

(1) The enforcement of PPNS officials is proposed by the Governor to the Minister of Law and
