CHANGES TO THE FORESTRY MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER P. 13/MENHUT-II/2009 ABOUT CROP FOREST RESULTS

REHABILITATION

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that as a follow-up to Section 42 of the paragraph (8) of the Government Regulation No. 6 Year 2007 on the Forest and Drafting Of Forest Management Plans, as well as the Forest Expediency, as amended by Government Regulation No. 3 of 2008, it has been set the Regulation Minister of Forestry Number P. 13/Menhut-II/2009 on the Plant Forest Results of Rehabilitation;

b. that in order to provide legal certainty to the holder of IUPHKm in utilizing the Timber Forest Results in the Plant Forest Results Rehabilitation needs to establish the Minister of Forestry Regulation on the Changes to the Regulation Minister of Forestry Number P. 13/Menhut-II/2009 about the Plant Forest Rehabilitation Results;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF FORESTRY MINISTERS ON

CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF FORESTRY MINISTER NUMBER P. 13/MENHUT-II/2009 ON THE FOREST FOREST REHABILITATION PLANT.

Article I The provisions of Article 15 in the Ordinance of the Forestry Minister Number P. 13/Menhut- II/2009 about the Forest of Plants Rehabilitation Results are changed by inserting 1 new verse between verses (1) and verse (2) i.e. verses (1.a) which reads as follows:

Article 15 (1.a) In terms of the areal proposed by the Regent/Mayor and Team results

states that the areal is referred to in the work area which the IUPHKm has encumbered, hence the granting of IUPHHK-HTHR takes precede to the cooperative on holder of IUPHKm.

Article II Regulation of the Minister of Forestry is beginning to apply on the date It's an invitation. In order for everyone to know, the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry was promulsted by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
