CHAPTER IV OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND GOODS NEGARA
Article 15 (1) The Atase Revenue and Shopping Budget Plan is compiled based on
performance-based budgets in accordance with programs and activities. (2) The Budget Plan as referred to in paragraph (1) is delivered
to the Secretary General through the Bureau of Finance and the Bureau of Planning for the drafting of the Budget Work Plan-Ministry of the Agency (RKA-KL) of the Ministry of Trade appropriate with the provisions of the laws.
(3) The operational Shopping Budget for the implementation of the Atase task is charged to the Office of Budget Implementation (DIPA) Secretariat General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the House of Commerce.

Article 19 (1) Atase is responsible for the management Finance and Goods

CHAPTER V REPORT
Article 20 (1) Atase is required to deliver monthly reports and annual reports to
Trade Ministers through the Secretary General with a gust to an Eselon I official in the Ministry environment Trade.

CHAPTER III OF THE WORKFORCE
Section 5 In performing the task, Atase is required to implement the coordination principles, integration, harmonization and synchronization with the Indonesian Trade Promotion Center (Indonesian Trade Promotion Center) abroad as well as other organizations in the Representative Environment of the Republic of Indonesia abroad and conduct cooperation with elements of other state agencies.

for 2 (two) years in terms of office. (3) The administrative requirements for the Atase Helper as referred to
in paragraph (1) include: a. Status as an active civil servant of the Ministry
Trade; b. have the rank/class of low-grade Young Penata

c. Educated low-level bachelor (S-1); d. Healthy and spiritual; and e. The primary structural position of Eselon IV
for 2 (two) years in terms of office. (4) The competency requirements for Atase and Associate Atase as
referred to paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) include: a. was able to speak English in an active way both oral or written; b. are able to build work networks and conduct cooperation with
related agencies both within the country and abroad; c. understand and control the substance of the trade sector including
its various policies; and d. have loyalty and dedication and integrity to the execution of
of its duties. (5) The candidate for Atase and Associate Atase who has met the requirements
as referred to in paragraph (1), paragraph (2), paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) must pass administrative and competency selection.
