Article 7

Article 14

(1) Classification of staffing data as referred to in Section 13 of the paragraph (2) of the letter

DRAFTING AND EXECUTION OF RTK MICRO

BAB VIII FINANCING

Section 38

(1) The costs required in carrying out the monitoring, evaluation and coaching

at the central level are charged in the State Revenue and Shopping Budget.

(2) Charges required in performing monitoring, evaluation, and coaching at the provincial level charged in the Provincial Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget.

(3) The costs required in carrying out monitoring, evaluation and coaching on city level/city charged on Budget Revenue and Regional Shopping District/City.

(4) The costs required for the drafting and execution of PTK Mikro on the State-owned Enterprises, Regional Owned Enterprises, Private Enterprises And Other Private Institutions are charged on the State-owned Enterprises budget, The Company's Enterprise, Private Enterprise and Other Private Institutions are concerned.

Article 29

Section 30

(1) Monitoring against the drafting of RTK Mikro as intended in

Article 29 of the paragraph (1) letter a, performed against the use of the RTK Mikro drafting method.

(2) Monitoring against the implementation of RTK Microbe as intended in

Article 29 of the paragraph (1) letter b, performed against the results of the RTK Mikro program.

Article 31

(1) The Monitoring is directly as referred to in Section 29 of the paragraph (2)

direct visits to the State-owned Enterprises, Regional-owned Enterprises, Private Enterprises, and Other Private Instituts and the results are reported to the Regent/Mayor with Busan:

c. Central Level, by the Workforce Planning Center by means of a direct visit to the Provincial Service and the results are reported to the Minister through the Secretary General.

(2) Monitoring is indirectly as intended in Article 29 of the paragraph

(2) letter b, is performed in a single form as follows: a. County/City Level by the District/City Service by observation

and identification of reports from the State-owned Enterprises, Regional-owned Enterprises, Private Enterprises, and Other Private Instituts and the results are reported to Regent/Mayor by busan to the Provincial Service Head;

b. Provincial Service Level by the Provincial Service by means of observation and identification of reports from the Regency/City Level and the results are reported to the Governor by busan to the Minister; and

c. Central Level by the Labor Planning Center by means of observation and identification of the report from the Provincial Level and the results are reported to the Minister through the Secretary General.

Article 32

CHAPTER VI EVALUATION OF THE MONITORING RESULTS

Article 33

(1) Evaluation of the monitoring results performed against:

a. RTK Mikro's composition; and b. execution of RTK Mikro.

(2) Evaluation of the composition as referred to paragraph (1) of the letter a, covering: a. the way of calculating the employee's supply, employee needs and balance sheets

employees; b. The application of the employee program.

(3) The evaluation of the execution as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b, includes:

a. recruitment; b. selection; c. assignment; d. The winner; e. career coaching; f. training/competitors; g. Work productivity; h. Employee protection; I. An employee upholding; j. Employee social security.

(4) The results of the evaluation results are made with the systematics as follows:

a. Preface; b. evaluation results; c. cover.
