(2) The Steering Committee as referred to in paragraph (1) is in charge of providing direction to the National Committee.
(3) The Coordinating Minister for the People ' s Welfare Fields acted as the coordinator of the Director of the Committee.

Section 6
(1) To assist in the implementation of the National Panitia task, formed the Hosting Team.
(2) The further provisions of the membership arrangement and the working order of the Team of the Hosting as referred to in paragraph (1) are set forth by the National Committee of Panitia.

Section 7
All costs necessary for the implementation of the National Committee task are charged at:
a. State Budget and State Shopping Ministry Coordinator of the People's Welfare Field of 2011;
B. Revenue and Shopping Budget of the State Ministry of Agriculture Year 2011;
C. Revenue and Shopping Budget of the Government of Bali Province of 2011;
D. Budget and Shopping Budget of the Government of Badung Regency 2011;
e. Finance and Shopping Budget of the Ministry of State and the Ministry of State Non-Ministry regarding the Year of 2011;
f. Other sources are valid and do not conflict with the provisions of the applicable laws.

Section 8
The Chairman of the National Committee delivers a report of responsibility for the execution of the National Committee to the slowest 3 (three) months after the event or at any time if necessary.

Section 9
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Presidential Decree are set by the National Committee of the National Committee.

Section 10
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.

DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE MEETING THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL OF MINISTERS MEMBER STATES FOOD AND AGRICULTURE ORGANIZATION (FAO) IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE FOURTH GOVERNING BODY OF THE INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT ON RESOURCES GENETIC PLANTS FOR FOOD AND AGRICULTURE.

Section 1
(1) forming the National Committee meeting the level of ministerial level of the Member States of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in the framework of the Fourth Session of the International Covenant Governing Body about the Genetic Resources of Plants for Food and Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). Agriculture, which is next in the Presidential Decree is called the National Committee.
(2) The National Committee is based in the State Capital of the Republic of Indonesia.

Section 2
(1) The National Committee has the task of preparing and carrying out the hosting:
a. Ministerial Level Meeting of the FAO Member States;
B. The Fourth Session of the International Covenant Regulatory Agency on the Resources of Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture;
C. Regional Consultation (Regional Consultation).
(2) The following activities as referred to in verse (1) were held on 11 to 18 March 2011 in Nusa Dua, Bali.
(3) In carrying out its duties, the National Panitia is responsible to the President.

Section 3
In performing the duties as referred to in Article 2, the National Committee may include, cooperate, and/or coordinate with various government agencies and other parties deemed necessary.
The membership arrangement of the National Panitia is as follows:
a. Speaker: Agriculture Minister;
B. Deputy Chairman I: Secretary of the Coordinating Minister for the People's Welfare;
C. Vice Chairman II: Deputy Field Coordination of Agriculture and Marine, Ministry of Economic Coordination of Economy;
D. Vice Chairman III: Governor of Bali;
e. Secretary I: Secretary General of the Ministry of Agriculture;
f. Secretary II: Deputy Field Coordination of Social Protection and Peoples Housing, Ministry of Coordinating People ' s Welfare Fields;
G. Substance Fields:
Speaker: Head of the Board of Agricultural Research and Development, Ministry of Agriculture;
Deputy Chairman I: Deputy Field Improvement of Conservation of Natural Resources and Environmental Damage Control, Ministry of the Environment; Deputy Chairman II: Deputy Cabinet Secretary of Government Fields;
h. Event Field and Trial:
Speaker: Director General of Multilateral, Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Vice Chairman: Head of the Indonesian Institute of Sciences;
i. Protocol and Consular fields:

Speaker: Head of the Board of Agricultural Research and Development, Ministry of Agriculture;
Deputy Chairman: Director General Development Destinations Tourism, Ministry of Culture and Tourism;

Speaker: Director General of Information and Public Communications, Ministry of Communications and Informatics;
Deputy Chairman: Director General of Information and Public Diplomacy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

Section 5
(1) In carrying out its duties, the Panitia paid attention to the directive of the Guided Committee consisting of:
