Article 3

SET: THE REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON THE HEALTH CARE LEVY ON THE GENERAL HOSPITAL OF THE MAGELANG DISTRICT.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

" Cardio Tophography (CTG) Services.

Paragraph 1 Health Service on Laboratory Installation and Blood Bank

Article 21

A laboratory service charge component as referred to in Article 20 of the letter a consists of: a. Disposable ingredient; b. the services of the laboratory services; c. the consulting services of the clinical pathology expert physician; and d. services of the means.

Article 22

Tarif the cost of the laboratory services as referred to in Article 21 is listed in Appendix IV of the figure 1 of this Regional Regulation.

Article 23

Article 29

Article 35

(1) The cost of the nutritional consulting services as referred to in Article 34 is listed in Appendix IV of the number 5 of these Regional Regulations.

(2) The nutritional consulting of outpatient patients applies every time consulting visits and conducted at most 3 (three) times as long as patients are treated at the hospital.

Article 36

The charge of the nutritional services charge as referred to in Article 33 of the letter b consists of: a. Nutrition services services; and b. service means.

Article 38

Article 54

Article 55

Charges as referred to in Section 54, are set to be follows: a. The cost of a medical record of Rp 4,000,-b. General doctors ' examination fees are Rp. 15,000,-c. The consulting cost of a specialist is Rp 25,000,-d. The cost of the operative medik action is charged as listed

in the Appendix II of the Regulation of this Region; e. The cost of non-operative medik actions is subject to the rate as

listed in Appendix III of the Regulation of this Region; f. Diagnostic support expense:

1. An EKG check of Rp 30,000,-2. A glucostic check of Rp 15,000,-3. Bed Side Monitor of Rp 50,000,-

g. The cost of the drug and the consumable materials is set according to the type and price applicable.

h. Maintenance of nursing care for each patient at Rp 7,500,-

Sixth Section of the Central Surgical Installation Service

Article 56

(1) The cost of the Central Surgical Installation Service Component is composed: a. Operative and non operative service services services; and b. laundry fee.

(2) The services of the medik operative and non operative service services as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a as set forth in the attachment II and annex III of the Regulation of this Region.

(3) The cost of the laundry as Referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b is specified as follows:

Section 57

(2) The cost of the accommodation as referred to in Article 57 of the letter b is set at Rp. 70,000,-(seventy thousand rupiah).

(3) The visite charge of the doctor as referred to in Article 57 of the letter c is set at Rp. 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah).

(4) The services of the medik consultation services as referred to in Article 57 of the letter d are set at Rp. 50,000,-(fifty thousand rupiah).

(5) The diagnostic service support services as referred to in Article 57 of the letter e are listed in Appendix IV of the figure 8 of these Regional Regulations.

(6) The services of the operative medics act as referred to in Article 57 of the letter f set to be equal to the rate of the class I operative medic actions as set forth in the Appendix II of this Regional Regulation.

(7) The services of the non operative medik act as referred to in Article 57 of the letter g are set equal to the rate Class I non-operative medical action services as set forth in Appendix III of the Regional Regulations This.

(8) In the event of a medik operative action to a patient from outside the RSU, the rate of the operative medik action is set equal to the rate of the operative medik action in the primary class I, the medik operative action on the IGD or the medik action operative on the Tooth and Mouth Section as set forth in Appendix II of this Region Regulation.

(9) In respect of non-operative medik actions to the patient from outside the RSU the non-operative medical action rate is specified equal to the rate non operative medik actions in primary class I, non-operative medik actions on IGD, or medik actions non-operative in IMC/ODC as listed in Appendix III of the Regulation of this Region.

(10) The services of the nursing care services as referred to in Article 56 of the letter h are set at Rp. 10,000,-(ten thousand rupiah) for each Day

The Eighth Section of the Acupuncture Action Service and Visum Et Repartum

Paragraph 1 Of Acupuncture Action Service

Section 59

(1) The cost of acupuncture service charge components include: a. Disposable ingredient; b. Acupuncture service services; c. service means; and d. Nursing care services.

(2) Any patients who require acupuncture action first through examination by a General Doctor or Specialist Doctor.

(3) Tarif service services acupuncture and service means as intended In verse (1) are listed in the Appendix V of this Section.

Article 74

Article 75

CHAPTER XI SANCTION ADMINISTRATION

Article 76

Section 77

BAB XVII INQUIRY

BAB XVIII CRIMINAL provisions
