Section 5

BLM KP APBN-P in 2011 of goods as referred to in Article 4 may be provided to the community group if it meets the criteria: a. is concerned; c. encourages the utilization of the potential of local marine and fishery resources; d. provide ease of accessibility, economy as well as means and infrastructure

Article 7

Article 8

Article 11

Article 13
