THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: that to perform the provisions of Article 22 paragraph (1) of the letter a Law No. 10 of the Year 2010 on the State Budget and Shopping Budget Year 2011 as amended by Act No. 11 of 2011, it is necessary to specify Finance Minister ' s Regulation on the Shopping Budget Shift of the Budget Section of the Other Shopping Manager State General (BA 999.08) to the Budget Office of the State/Institute of the Budget Year 2011;

DECIDED:

Establishing: REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS ON HOW TO SHIFT THE SHOPPING BUDGET OF THE GENERAL TREASURY BUDGET SECTION ANOTHER SHOPPING MANAGING STATE (BA 999.08) TO THE BUDGET SECTION OF THE MINISTRY OF STATE/INSTITUTION YEAR OF BUDGET 2011.

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. The next General Treasurer of the State called BUN was the official who was given the task of carrying out the functions of the State General Treasurer.

2. The Ministry of State, which is called the Ministry of Government, is a government device that governs certain affairs in the government.

3. Institutions are non-ministerial organizations and other agencies of the budget users formed to carry out certain tasks under the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945 or other laws.

4. The Ministry of Budget (BA-K/L), abbreviated as BA-K/L, is a part of the budget that houses the shopping of the Central Government, whose budget is allocated to the Ministry/Institution.

5. BUN Budget Manager (BA 999.08), (BA 999.08), (BA 999.08), (BA 999.08), (BA 999.08) is a BUN Budget Section that houses the shopping of the Central Government outside of the Debt Payments, Grants, Subsidies, and Special Transactions, which are pagu. The budget is not allocated in BA-K/L.

6. Article 2

b. Ba-bun Maintainer Grant (BA 999.02);

c. Ba-bun The Government Investment Manager (BA 999.03);

d. BA-BUN Maintainer Of Loan Forwarding (BA 999.04);

e. BA-BUN Manager Transfer to the Area (BA 999.05);

f. Ba-bun Manager Shopping Subsidy (BA 999.07);

g. Ba-bun Other Shopping maintainers (BA 999.08); and

h. Ba-bun Special Transaction Manager (BA 999.99).

Article 3

(1) Minister of Finance as BUN authorities conduct a shift in the shopping budget from BA 999.08 to BA-K/L.

(2) The authority referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by the Director General of the Budget.

Section 4

(1) The budget of the expenditure of BA 999.08 to BA-K/L as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (1) is an additional Ministerial/Institution shopping budget and does not constitute a calculation base for the budget allocation in the next budget year.

(2) Based on the approval of the Minister of Finance, the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) may be excluded from the Employee Shopping type.

(3) Additional Ministry/Institution shopping budget as referred to on verse (1), documented as the output (output) of its own in SP RKA-K/L.

Section 5

(1) The decision-shifting shopping budget of BA 999.08 to BA-K/L as referred to in Section 3 of the paragraph (1) is used to finance activities with the following criteria:

a. It is the duty and function and is exercised by the Ministry/Institution that has had a budget section; and/or

b. performed by the Ministry/Agency and/or any other party that accepts the assignment.

(2) The other party as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b is an agency/unit of organization outside the Ministry/Society and the legal entity, which uses the budget sourced from the State Revenue and Shopping Budget and not a Regional Device Working Unit (SKPD) as a Local Government entity, and is required to host the Instancy Accounting System (SAI) in accordance with regulatory provisions. Article 6

The shopping budget shift from BA 999.08 to BA-K/L meets the criteria as referred to in Article 5, conducted by the Director General of the Budget after receiving the Finance Minister's approval.

Article 7

(1) Based on the approval of the Minister of Finance as referred to in Article 6, the Director General of the Budget on behalf of the Minister of Finance establishes SP-SABA 999.08.

(2) SP-SABA 999.08 as referred to in paragraph (1) is delivered to the Ministry/Institution and becomes the basis of a shopping budget shift from BA 999.08 to BA-K/L.

Article 8

The shopping budget shift from BA 999.08 to BA-K/L is done by the mechanism as follows:

1. The Director General of the Budget on behalf of the Minister of Finance carried out a shift in the spending budget from BA 999.08 to BA-K/L by publishing SP-SABA 999.08.

2. SP-SABA 999.08 at least a working unit, destination destination, and the allocation amount of the funds.

3. SP-SABA 999.08 as the number 1 is delivered to the Secretary General/General Secretary/Secretary/official eselon I Ministry/Institute related to the busan to the director in the Directorate General of the Budget handle BA-K/L related.

Section 9

(2) The proposed budget revision as referred to in paragraph (1) is at least included with the following document:

d. RKA-K/L.

(3) The RKA-K/L shopping type classification as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter d is compiled in accordance with the Finance Minister's Regulation on the Standard Account.

Article 10

(1) The Directorate General of the Budget conducts the Expressor associated with the suitability between RKA-K/L with SP-SABA 999.08 and the Notes Results.

Article 11

(2) Revision as referred to in paragraph (1) must get the Minister's approval Finance.

(3) Based on the approval of the Minister of Finance as referred to in paragraph (2), the Director General of the Budget on behalf of the Minister of Finance established the revision of the RKA-K/L.

Article 12

Tata way financial reporting and account code designation over the budget on BA 999.08 which has been conducted shift to BA-K/L, executed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Article 13

Conditions on how to shift the shopping budget from BA 999.08 to BA-K/L set in the Regulation of the Finance Minister is also used as a regulatory guideline for shopping budget shifts from BA 999.08 to BA-K/L for the 2012 Budget Year, until the replacement of this Financial Minister Regulation.

Article 14

At the time the Ministerial Regulation came into effect, the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 187 /PMK.02/ 2010 on the Tata Cara Shift Shopping Budget from BA BUN Other Shopping Manager (BA 999.08) to the Budget Section of the Ministry The State/Institution of the Budget Year 2011, revoked and declared not in effect.

Article 15

The rules of the Minister are effective at the date of the promulcity.
