IRRIGATION NETWORK ' S NARROW-LINE SETTING GUIDELINES

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER FOR GENERAL EMPLOYMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that in order to implement the provisions of Article 61 of the Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 Year 2006 on Irrigation, it needs to establish the General Works Minister Regulation on the Border Establishing Guidelines Of Irrigation Networks;

Establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC WORKS ON THE GUIDELINES OF SETTING UP BORDER IRRIGATION NETWORKS.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. Irrigation is the undertaking, arrangement, and disposal of irrigation water to support agriculture that are of its kind including surface irrigation, marsh irrigation, underground water irrigation, irrigation pump, and tambak irrigation.
2. The irrigation system includes irrigation infrastructure, irrigation water, irrigation management, the institutional management of irrigation, and human resources.
3. The irrigation area is a unit of land that gets water from one irrigation network.
4. The irrigation network is a conduit, a building, and its full building which is a single unit required for the provision, sharing, granting, use, and disposal of irrigation water.
5. Water-based peasant societies are the institution of irrigation management which is the vessel of water-user farmers in an irrigation service formed by the water-speaking farmers themselves, democratically, including the local agricultural irrigation agency.
6. The irrigation channel is a conduit used for irrigation water conduits from the provision, retrieval, division and irrigation water.
7. The irrigation channel is a conduit used to channel excess water that is no longer utilized in a particular irrigation area.
8. An embankment channel is a channel that has a natural embankment and/or artificial to the right or left.
9. The untangled channel is a channel that does not have an embankment on the right or left.
10. The irrigation building is a building that is in an irrigation network covering the main building, building, building, sadap building, auxiliary building, and other facility buildings.

19. The Secretary General is the General Secretary of the Ministry of Public Works.

21. The provincial government is the provincial governor and device of the province as an organizer of the local government.
22. The county/city government is the regent/mayor and device of the county/city area as an element of the organizer of the local government.
23. The service is a provincial government or district/city government that is irrigated by irrigation.
24. Great Hall/River Area Hall is the technical managing unit that guides water resources.

Section 2
(1) The Minister ' s Regulation is intended as a reference to the Government, provincial government, and district/city government in accordance with the authority and responsibilities of management of irrigation areas in drafting regulations on the designation of the border crossing Irrigation network for the protection of irrigation networks.
(2) The Minister ' s Regulation as referred to in paragraph (1), aims to provide direction to the Government, provincial government, county/city government, village government, individual, business entity and/or social body in setting the line The border of irrigation and an orderly fashion for the administration of state-owned goods/goods belonging to the area, or other owners of goods to maintain the functioning of the irrigation network.

Section 3

THE LINE OF IRRIGATION NETWORKS

The Second Part
The Irrigation Channel Line

Section 5
(1) In setting the splinter line the irrigation channel must consider the elevation of the embankment, the depth of the channel, and/or the use of the embankment.
(2) The boundary line of the irrigation channel as referred to in paragraph (1), consists of:
a. Irrigation channel lines do not embankment;
B. the splinter line of the irrigation channel is embankment; and
c. Line of the irrigation channel located on the slope/cliff.

Section 6

Section 7

(2) The distance of the border crossing as referred to in paragraph (1), is at least equal to the elevation of the irrigation channel.

Section 8

The Irrigated Border And Irrigation Channel

Section 9
(1) The determination of the boundary distance of the irrigated channel is not embankment, measured from the outer edge on the right and left of the irrigated channel.

Section 11

Section 22

Section 23

SECURITY AND OVERSIGHT

THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 32

(2) Licensing related to the border utilization of irrigation and irrigation networks that have been published before the Minister's Ordinance is declared to remain in effect until the end of the permit is terminated.
