ON THE DATA FLOW AND INFORMATION

IN THE MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD,

MINISTER OF INDONESIAN RELATIONS, Menting: a. that to increase efficiency, effectiveness and continuity

DECIDED:

Establish: MINISTERIAL REGULATION OF RELATIONS ON THE DATA FLOW

AND INFORMATION IN THE MINISTRY ' S ENVIRONMENT OF RELATIONS.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1 In this Regulation is referred to as: 1. Ministry is Ministry of Transportation. 2. The data center and the Information that are next called PUSDATIN is a work unit which

among others in charge of the Ministry of Transportation Data Management System carrying out exchanges and data dissemination and transportation field information.

BAB II

ORGANIZING

Section 2 (1) The data collection and processing activities and information are performed

Article 3 (1) of the PSW as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1) the letter is exercised by

PUSDATIN. (2) SWD as referred to in Article 2 paragraph (1) letter b exercised by the unit

Eselon II Bureau/Directorate General/Board Secretariat/Board Secretariat General/Inspector and the Supreme Court of Shipping.

(3) WD as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1) the letter c is exercised by the Technical Managing Unit of either Eselon II, III, IV, V, the transport operator and the transport branch of the BUMN.

(4) WDK as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) d was executed by the Eselon II Technical Managing Unit.

Article 4 (1) SWD as referred to in Section 3 of the paragraph (2) may consist of:

a. SWD I; and b. SWD II.

(2) SWD I as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a, if in its environment there is no other SWD. SWD II as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter b, if the Eselon II Unit is concerned under the coordination of Eselon II as SWD I.

Article 5

BAB III

DATA COLLECTION

Article 7

Article 9

CHAPTER IV PROCESSING, PRESENTATION AND STORAGE

BAB VI OTHER PROVISIONS

Article 17

BAB VII CLOSING

Article 19

Article 20

With the enactment of this Decision, then the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number KM.297/LT.004/Phb-81 on the Tata Way Governing Body Collection and Processing of Information in the Environment Department Environment is stated not applicable.
