REGULATIONS MINISTER OF LABOR AND TRANSMIGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

NUMBER PER.18/MEN/XII/2011 ON

THE WORKING UNIT REPORTING SYSTEM REGIONAL OR PROVINCIAL/MUNICIPAL DEVICES/KABUPATEN/CITY

AREAS OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRANSMIGRATION

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY LABOUR MINISTER AND TRANSMIGRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Draws: a. that with the change of the nomenclature and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration as set in Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Transmigration Number PER.12/MEN/VIII/2010 on the Organization and the Ministry of Work Labor and Transmigration, as well as the presence of program restructuring and activities, then the reporting system set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Transmigration Number PER.33A/MEN/XII/2006 on the Employment Policy Reporting System and the The transmigration needs to be refined;

b. that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, need to form the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration of the Regional Workspace/Instancy Reporting System, Kabupaten/Kota;

12. The Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Transmigration No. 07/MEN/IV/2011 on the Organization and Workforce of the Technical Managing Unit in the Environment of the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration (State News of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2011 Number 253);

DECIDED:

SET: REGULATION OF LABOR MINISTER AND TRANSMIGRATION OF THE SYSTEM REPORTING SYSTEM OF REGIONAL SYSTEM/PROVINCIAL AGENCIES, KABUPATEN/CITY AREA OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRANSMIGRATION.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to: 1. A reporting system is a provision that governs types, materials,

systematics, drafting and delivery, coordinators as well as reporting the reports that are the obligations of the local work unit.

2. Reporting is a type of service script that is delivered as a liability for the execution of programs and activities in a given period of time or at any time.

3. The Regional Device Working Unit (SKPD) is the organization/agency of the local government responsible for the implementation of the deconcentration/duties of the host in the provincial, district/city areas.

4. Task execution report is a type of service script created by the provincial/provincial office SKPD/Instancy that carries out the employment function and the transmigration that contains the information description as

responsible for the implementation of the public duties of government in employment and transmigration.

5. A report is the highest official in the work unit, the SKPD/Instancy of the province and the SKPD/district/city agencies are obligated to report the results of the task execution in its working unit environment.

6. A report compiler coordinator is an official that is due to the task and function of the obligation and responsible for coordinating, integration and synchronization with a working sub unit in the working unit's environment or related work unit.

7. SKPD/Instancy of the Province is SKPD/an instance whose scope of duty and responsibility in the field of employment and the transmigration in the province is concerned.

8. SKPD/Instancy of the regency/City is SKPD/instance whose scope of duty and responsibility in the field of employment and the transmigration in the district/city is concerned.

9. The Minister is the Minister of Labour and Transmigration. Article 2

The eselon I work unit in the environment of the Ministry of Labour and Transmigration consists of: 1. Secretariat General; 2. Directorate General of Training and Productivity; 3. The Directorate General of Coaching The placement of the workforce; 4. Directorate General of Industrial Relations Development and Guarantee

Social Labour; 5. Directorate General of Employment Supervision Coaching; 6. Directorate General of Development Development of Transmigration Area; 7. Directorate General of Public Development Development and

Transmigration Area; 8. Inspectorate General; and 9. Research, Development and Information Agency.

CHAPTER II OF THE REPORTING SYSTEM

Part One Type

Article 3 (1) The reporting type, is the report of the execution of the task. (2) The task execution report referred to in paragraph (1):

a. Provincial SKPD/Instancy Report; and b. District/City/City-based Report

The Second Section of Article 4

(1) The report materials as referred to in Section 4 of the paragraph (2), are the data and information of execution of tasks and functions in the field of employment and transmigration, among others: a. implementation of the program and development activities and

implementation of the budget implementation (DIPA) list whose funds are sourced from APBN and APBD;

b. issues and follow-up efforts; and c. data-other data.

(2) The data and information reported as referred to in paragraph (1) are subject data and information.

(3) Data and information that is subject matter as set forth in the Regulation Attachment. This minister.

Fourth Quarter of the Way and Time Delivery Report

Article 7 (1) Tata method of delivery reports are set as follows:

a. The SKPD/Instancy Report of the SKPD/Instancy Province delivers reports of implementation of the tasks periodically every month and each year to the Governor and to the Minister, with the busan Inspector General, Balitfo Chief and the Director-General related to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. in the environment of the Ministry of Labor and Transmigration.

The Fifth Part of the Coordinator and the compiler of the Report

Article 9 The coordinator and the compiler of the task execution report are set as follows:

a. Ministerial-level report coordinator/Minister, is the Secretary-General whose disclosures are implemented by the Planning Bureau;

Section Sixth RESPONSIBILITY

(1) The responsible and signatory of the SKPD/Instancy Report Province is the Head of SKPD/Instancy of the Province that carries out tasks and functions in the field of employment and transmigration;

(2) The SKPD/Instancy Report and signatory signer District/City is the Head of SKPD/Instancy of the Regency/City that carries out tasks and functions in the field of employment and transmigration;

Article 11

(2) The assessment as referred to in paragraph (1) includes the substance of the report as well as the degree of obedience/discipline in the delivery of report, and is one of the considerations in the determination of the program and the magnitude of the next year's budget.

(3) The mechanism of the task execution report as set forth in Annex II, and is an inseparable part with Rule of this Minister.

BAB IV

provisions CLOSING Article 12

(1) System reporting systems/provincial, county/city device workspace reporting systems, employment and transportation areas are used as guidelines in order to create reports by SKPD/Provincial agencies and SKPD/Instancy/city perform employment functions and transmigration.

(2) Reporting as referred to in paragraph (1), must be supplemented with data and the development information of the program/activities and other important data.

Article 13

At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance came into effect, the Regulation of Workforce and Transmigration Number PER.33A/MEN/XII/2006 on Employment Reporting System of Employment and Transmigration is revoked and stated to be not applicable.

Article 14 of the Regulation of the Minister came into effect on the date of promulgations.
