BAB VI
TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 24
At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance came into force:
a. The International Academy of Immigration and XV Academy of Education, which is being held prior to the enactment of the Ordinance of Ministers, is continued under the laws of the Immigration Academy;
B. The establishment of Diksuskim was to be carried out by the Immigration Academy until the establishment of a working force that organized the Diksuskim under the Minister's Rules.

Section 25
The Minister ' s Rule came into effect from 1 January 2012.

(1) Selections of prospective students Diksuskim as referred to in Article 6 are organized by the admissions committee of the student candidate Diksuskim.
(2) The admissions committee of the prospective student Diksuskim as referred to in paragraph (1) is set with the Minister ' s Decision.
(3) The admission committee of the prospective students Diksuskim comes from the element:
a. General Secretariat;
B. Directorate General of Immigration;
C. Inspectorate General; and
D. BPSDM Law and Human Rights.


Section 8
The admissions committee of the student candidate Diksuskim announced the selection plan through print and/or electronic media.

Section 9
(1) The enrollees of the prospective students Diksuskim are conducted by applying for a written request to the Minister.
(2) The invocation of the application as referred to in paragraph (1) must be attached to the administrative completeness as referred to in Article 5.

Section 10
The admission committee of the student candidate Diksuskim examines the application and the administration's completeness as referred to in Article 9 of the paragraph (2).

Section 11
The admissions committee of the student candidate Diksuskim did the summoning of the prospective students Diksuskim who had fulfilled the requirement to take the exam.

Section 12
The student candidates selection exam is included:
a. health test;
B. a test of the dispute;
C. psychotes;
D. the general competency test and the field competence; and
e. interview.

Section 13
The admissions committee of the student candidate Diksuskim delivered the name of the prospective student Diksuskim who was declared a selection pass to the Minister to be set as a student of Diksuskim.

BAB IV
STAGING DISUSKIM
Section 14
The diksuskim is organized by a working unit that is under the BPSDM Law and Human Rights.

Section 15
(1) Diksuskim is organized for 1 (one) year based on the curriculum in the field of immigration.
(2) Curriculum in the field of immigration refers to the competency standards.
(3) The Curriculum as referred to in paragraph (2) is at least a load of:
a. technical primary education and immigration facilitative; and
B. Certain field of technical immigration expertise.
(4) The Curriculum in the field of immigration is compiled by BPSDM Law and human rights by including the unit of eselon I or related agencies.
(5) The Curriculum as referred to in verse (4) is set by the Head of BPSDM Law and human rights.

Section 16
The event of the Diksuskim is carried out by approach:
a. teaching;
B. training; and
C. nurture.

Section 17
The Learning method of Diksuskim is carried out through:
a. lecture;
B. discussion;
C. simulation;
D. practice; and
e. appeal study.

Section 18
The faculty of Diksuskim consists of:
a. academic;
B. expert/practical;
c. State officials; and
D. functional officials and structural officials according to the expertise in its field.

Section 19
The faculty, coach, and caregiver of Diksuskim are set based on the Ministerial Decree with regard to professionalism, competence, and qualifications.

Section 20
All of the students are mandatory:
a. follow the entire established activities and curriculum;
B. use the student ' s service attire in accordance with the provisions of the laws of law;
c. stay in the dormitory; and
D. comply with the provisions set forth in the order of the holding of the Diksuskim.

Section 21
(1) Students of Diksuskim who have completed Diksuskim and are declared to be given a signed letter of sign Diksuskim.
(2) The signing letter of the Diksuskim as referred to in paragraph (1) is signed by the Minister.

Section 22
In the event the student Diksuskim was declared not to pass then given the opportunity 1 (one) times to follow Diksuskim the following year.

BAB V
EVALUATION OF THE STAGING OF THE DISUSKIM
Section 23
(1) To know the effectiveness of the execution of Diksuskim is conducted evaluation.
(2) The evaluation as referred to in paragraph (1) is done periodically or at any time according to the need.
(3) The evaluation as referred to in paragraph (2) includes:
a. students arsh as a Foreign Language (IBT TOEFL) with the lowest score of 30 (thirty); or
3. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with the lowest score of 4 (four).
(2) To meet the requirements as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (2), the prospective students of a civil servant in the environment of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights must attach the administrative completeness:
a. photocopy of the last-rank decision letter;
B. photocopy of the bachelor ' s diploma and the transcript of the value that has been legalized by the authorized official;
c. Healthy governing letter from the Government physician;
D. drug-free captions from the Government hospital;
e. a doctor ' s caption letter stating the student candidate is not in a pregnant state;
