B A B I PROVISIONS UMUM

ARTICLE 1 IN THIS REGULATION, THE " which is meant to:

(1) The next National Narcotics Agency (BNN) is a Non-Ministry Government Institution (LPNK), which is located below and is responsible to the President.

(4) Education as Referred to in verse (1) the letter f, the field of Law, Economics/Accounting/Accounting, Information and Technology (IT), Chemistry, Foreign Language, Psychology, Criminology, except that certain fields can be derived from the Diploma III (D3) graduates.

(5) The educational requirements as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter f are not mandatory for candidates belonging to a member of the Polri who served in the BNN Eradication Field with the lowest rank of Brigadier Two (Bribda) Police.

Section 4 (1) In the event that participants are derived from the instance of another country other than

meeting as referred to in paragraph (1), paragraph (2), and paragraph (3) must also complete the requirements as follows:

a. fill the participant form before departure (the attached form);

b. is a prospective investigator in charge of Narcotics and is appointed by the Narcotics/Police Department of the country in question;

c. carrying a duty letter. (2) In the event that participants are from another country, the requirements as

are referred to in section 3 of the letter e as evidenced by the description of the country's institutions in question.

(3) The provisions of the participants ' clothing as set forth in the (1) letter of the letter e, as follows: white shirt sleeves length bertie and black pants/skirt

Article 7 (1) The late participant is present within 20 minutes after the lesson

taking place is deemed to be not following Lesson. (2) During the Fingerprints Faults, the participants are not justified

leaving the room except as a class instructor permit. (3) During the Fingerprints Hairs, the participants are not justified

leaving the complex in the dilat except for urgent purposes and gets the Head of the BNN's Office of the Head Diklat in writing by filling out the provided form.

Article 8 (1) During the following Diklat Lidik, participants are prohibited from carrying:

a. Private vehicle to the dilate; b. firearms, sharp weapons, and other illicit goods such as

Narcotics, porn, gambling tools, booze, etc.

c. food from outside barak/flat; or d. The cookware is in the barak/flat.

(2) In addition to the prohibition as referred to in paragraph (1), participants are prohibited: a. using flip-flops to outer barak/flat; b. using shorts to outside the barak/flat; c. smoking in the classroom of the BNN ' s Diklat and in barak/flat; d. eat/drink at the time of Teaching Teaching (KBM); e. enabling the Hand Phone (HP) at the time of KBM; f. leaving KBM without permission from the instructor; g. I was cheating on the exam, h. Booze, gambling, fornication, stealing, fighting,

storing and using drugs and the like; and i. sleep in the barracks/flat at the time of KBM unless it hurts (evidenced

with a doctor ' s caption). BAB IV

SANCTION SECTION 9
