FINANCIAL RIGHTS FOR THE CHAIRMAN, VICE CHAIRMAN, SECRETARY, AND
NATIONAL INNOVATION COMMITTEE MEMBER
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to support the agility of the implementation of the National Innovation Committee tasks, it needs to provide Financial Rights to the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Member of the National Innovation Committee with the Presidential Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act Number 18 of 2002 on National System of Research, Development, and Application of Science and Technology (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2002 Number 84, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4219);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 32 of 2010 on the National Innovation Committee;
DECIDED:
Establish: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATIONS ON FINANCIAL RIGHTS FOR THE CHAIRMAN, VICE CHAIRMAN, SECRETARY, AND MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL INNOVATION COMMITTEE.
Section 1
To the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Member of the National Innovation Committee are granted the financial rights of honorarium every month.
Section 2
The magnitude of the honorarium as referred to in Article 1 is as follows:
a. Chairman of Rp. 2,000,000.00 (two million rupiah);
B. The Vice Chairman is Rp. 1. 750,000.00 (one million seven hundred fifty thousand rupiah);
C. Secretary for Rp. 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah);
D. Members amounting to Rp. 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah).
Section 3
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of the Presidential Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Minister of Research and Technology, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 4
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
