Section 25

Section 12
The Resource Facilitation Field consists of:
a. Human Resource Facilitation Section; and

Section 13
(1) Human Resource Resource Facilitation has the task of drafting plan and facilitation of human resources in the field of early childhood education, non-formal education, and informal education.
(2) Section Facilitation Of Means and Prasarana have the task of drafting plan and facilitation of the development and assistance of the means and infrastructure in the field of early child education, nonformal education, and informal education.

Section 14
(1) The functional office group as referred to in Article 4 of the letter e has the task of performing activities in accordance with the tasks of each functional office under the laws.
(2) The functional office group consists of a number of functional offices divided in various groups according to the field of its activities.
(3) Any functional office group as referred to in paragraph (1) is coordinated by a functional official appointed by and responsible to the PP-PAUDNI Chief.
(4) The type and number of functional posts as referred to in paragraph (2) are determined based on the needs and workload.
(5) The task, type, and type of functional office are set in accordance with the laws.

(1) PP-PAUDNI chief is the structural position of II.b echelons.
(2) The Head of the Field on PP-PAUDNI is the structural position of the III.b echelon.

NOMENCLATURE, LOCATION, AND WORK REGION

The nomenclature, location, and work region of PP-PAUDNI as referred to in Article 4 are listed in the Annex of the Regulation of this Minister.

WORK LAYOUT

Section 17
In performing the tasks and functions as referred to in Section 2 and Section 3, PP-PAUDNI is coordinating with the organizational units in the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Provincial Government, the Municipal Government, the City Government, and the College.

Section 18
Each work unit assists the PP-PAUDNI Head in carrying out tasks in their respective fields of duty.

Section 19
Each member of the organizational unit and the Functional Office Group in performing its duties is mandatory:
a. implement the coordination, integration, and synchronization principles in the PP-PAUDNI; environment
B. carrying out performance accountability; and
c. reporting activities that are his responsibility to the superiors in a single level.

Section 20
Each member of the organizational unit is required to supervise its respective subordinates and in the event of an aberration in order to take the necessary steps in accordance with the laws.

Section 21
Each organizational unit leader in the PP-PAUDNI environment is responsible for leading and coordinating their respective subordinates and providing guidance as well as instructions for the execution of subordinate tasks.

Section 22
Each member of the organizational unit is required to follow and adhere to the directions, be accountable to their respective superiors, and deliver the report periodically at its time.

Section 23
Each report received by the leader of the organizational unit of the subordinate is required to be processed and used as a further report composition material and to provide instructions to the subordinate.

Section 24
In carrying out the task of each organization unit leader is assisted by the head of the work unit under it and in order to provide guidance to the respecttion model, facilitation and execution of program, model application, and supervision of an early-age child education, nonformal education, and Informal education as well as the development and implementation of partnerships in the field of early child education, nonfomal education, and informal education.

Section 7
In performing the tasks referred to in Section 6, the Program Fields and Information organizes functions:
a. a quality mapping of early childhood education, nonformal education, and informal education;
B. the development of early child education programs, nonformal education, and informal education;
c. development of child education model early age, nonformal education, and informal education nationally;
