ABOUT
THE ORGANIZATION AND THE LANGUAGE HALL WORK IN THE ENVIRONMENT
MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that in order the structuring of technical executors in the Ministry of Education and Culture environment needs to establish the Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Culture on the Organization and the Grammar of Language Hall in the Ministry Environment Education and Culture;

Remembering: 1. Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4301);
2. Act No. 39 of 2008 concerning the Ministry of State (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4916);
3. Law No. 24 Year 2009 on Flag, Language, and Emblem Negara, As Well As The National Anthem (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2009 Number 109, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 5035);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended last by the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 on the Third Amendment to the Regulation of Presidential Number 47 Years 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
5. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011 on the Second Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and the functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, duties, and Functions of the Ministry of State;
6. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet II as amended by Presidential Decree Number 59 /P Year 2011;
7. Regulation of the Minister of State Pendayagunaan The State of Personnel PER/18/M. PAN/11/ 2008 on the Guidelines of the Organization of Technical Managing Unit of the Ministry and the Institute of Government of NonKementerian;
8. Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 1 of 2012 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Education and Culture;

Pay attention to: Minister of State Minister's approval of the State of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms in letter Number B/3139/M. PAN-RB/12/ 2011 dated December 30, 2011;

DECIDED:

SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF LANGUAGE HALL IN THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE ENVIRONMENT.

BAB I
THE POSITION, DUTY, AND FUNCTION

Section 1
(1) Language Hall is a technical managing unit in the Ministry of Education and Culture ' s environment.
(2) Language Hall is led by a Chief who is below and is responsible to the Head of the Language Development and Development Board.

Section 2
Language Hall has the task of carrying out the study and correctional of Indonesian language and literature in the province of its work region.

Section 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the Language Hall organizes functions:
a. Language and literature studies;
B. language mapping and literature;
c. Corrections of Indonesian language and literature;
D. Facilitate the execution of the study and correctional language and literature;
e. the granting of information and information services and information;
f. The execution of cooperation in the fields of decency and the literature; and
G. the implementation of the Hall of Language ' s ketchwork.

BAB II
ORGANIZATION ARRANGEMENT

Section 4
Language Hall consists of:
a. Header;
B. Order Subsections; and
C. Functional Office Groups.

Section 5
The Tata Business subsection has the task of conducting planning, finance, employment, indiscretion, control, state-owned goods, state goods, and Hall of Language dependents.

Section 6
(1) The functional office group as referred to in Section 4 of the letter c has the task of performing activities in accordance with the respective functional positions under the laws.
(2) The functional office group consists of a number of functional offices divided in various groups according to the field of its activities.
(3) Any functional office group as referred to in paragraph (1) is coordinated by a functional official appointed by and responsible to the Head of Language Hall.
(4) The type and number of functional posts as referred to in paragraph (2) are determined based on the needs and workload.
(5) The task, type, and type of functional office are set in accordance with the laws.

BAB III
ETHIZATION

Section 7
(1) The Head of Language Hall in East Java Province and Bali Province is the structural post of III.a ' s eselon.
(2) The Head of the Language Hall other than as referred to in verse (1) is the structural position of the III.b echelons.
(3) Head of the Language Hall Subsection of the Language Hall in East Java Province and Bali Province is the structural post of eselon IV.a.
(4) The Head of the Subsection of the Grammar of Language Hall other than as referred to in verse (3) is the structural position of IV.b eselon.

BAB IV
NOMENCLATURE, LOCATION, AND WORK REGION

Section 8
The nomenclature, location, and workspace of the Language Hall as referred to in Article 4 are listed in the Annex of the Regulation of this Minister.

BAB V
WORK LAYOUT

Section 9
In performing the tasks and functions as referred to in Section 2 and Section 3, the Language Hall is coordinating with the organizational units in the Ministry of Education and Culture, Provincial Government, District Government, City Government, and College.

Section 10
Each work unit helps the Head of the Language Hall in carrying out tasks in their respective fields of duty.

Section 11
Each member of the organizational unit and the Functional Office Group in performing its duties is mandatory:
a. implement the principles of coordination, integration, and synchronization in the Language Hall environment;
B. carrying out performance accountability; and
c. reporting activities that are his responsibility to the superiors in a single level.

Section 12
Each member of the organizational unit is required to supervise its respective subordinates and in the event of an aberration in order to take the necessary steps in accordance with the laws.

Section 13
Each organizational unit leader in the Language Hall environment is responsible for leading and coordinating their respective subordinates and providing guidance as well as instructions for the execution of subordinate tasks.

Section 14
Each member of the organizational unit is required to follow and adhere to the directions, be accountable to their respective superiors, and deliver the report periodically at its time.

Section 15
Each report received by the leader of the organizational unit of the subordinate is required to be processed and used as a further report composition material and to provide instructions to the subordinate.

Section 16
In carrying out the task of each organization unit leader is assisted by the head of the organization units under it and in order to provide guidance to the respective subordinates each is required to hold a periodic meeting.

Section 17
In performing tasks and functions, the Head of Language Hall is required to submit a report to the Head of the Language Development and Coaching Language to the leadership of the organizational unit that is functionally related to the Hall. Language.

BAB VI
OTHER LAIN-CONDITIONS

Section 18
The details of the work of the work unit as a guarantor of the duties and functions in Regulation of the Minister are further laid out with the Education and Culture Ministerial Regulation.

BAB VII
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 19
With the enactment of the Regulation of this Minister, Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 226 /O/1999 on the Establishment of Language Hall at 6 (six) Province and Decision of Minister of National Education Number 156 /O/2003 on Change of Language Office being the Hall revoked and declared not valid.

Section 20
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
