RULES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA RELIGIOUS MINISTER

ABOUT
ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OFFICE OF THE RELIGIOUS MINISTRY OF LABUHANBATU SOUTH PROVINCE OF NORTH SUMATRA PROVINCE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF RELIGION, REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,


Weighing: that to improve service to the public in the field of religion and to follow up the Presidential Regulation Number 63 of 2011 on the Organization and the Working Tata Vertical Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, is seen as necessary to form Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the South Labuhanbatu Province of North Sumatra;

Remembering: 1.  Law No. 39 of 2008 on the Ministry of State (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4916);
2. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended by the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 on Third Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
3. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, Eselon Function I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last by Presidential Regulation Number 92 2011 on Second Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State and the Functions of the Organization, Tasting, Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State;
4. Presidential Regulation No. 63 of 2011 on the Organization and the Working Tata Working Environment Ministry of Religion;
5. Religious Minister Regulation Number 10 of 2010 on the Organization and the Working Tata Ministry of Religion (State News of Indonesia 2010 Number 592);
6. Religious Minister Regulation Number 13 Year 2012 on Organization and Tata Working Environment Ministry of Religious Affairs (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 851);

Note: Minister of State Minister of the State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms Number B/22/2/M. PAN-RB/7/ 2012 dated 26 July 2012, the Agreement of the Establishment of 18 (Eighteenth) The Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs/Kota;

DECIDED:

Establish: RULES OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OFFICE OF OFFICE OF THE RELIGIOUS MINISTRY OF LABUHANBATU SOUTH OF NORTH SUMATRA PROVINCE.

BAB I
FORMATION, POSITION, DUTY, AND FUNCTION

Section 1
(1) Formed The Office Of The Religious Ministry Of Labuhanbatu South Province Of North Sumatra, The Next Office Of The County Ministry Of Religious Affairs.
(2) The Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs as referred to in paragraph (1) is based in the area of the South Labuhanbatu Regency of North Sumatra Province, is below and is responsible to the Head of the Provincial Office of the Provincial Ministry of Religious Affairs North Sumatra.

Section 2
The Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs as referred to in Article 1 has the task of carrying out a portion of the duties and functions of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in the South Labuhanbatu region of North Sumatra Province, based on the policy of the Head The Ministry of Religious Affairs of North Sumatra Province and the provisions of the laws.

Section 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs organizes functions:
a. The formulation and determination of the vision, mission, and technical policy in the field of service and the guidance of religious life to the community;
B. services, guidance, and coaching in the field of Hajj and umrah;
C. services, guidance, and coaching in the field of madrasah education, religious and religious education;
D. Religious coaching of the faithful;
e. implementation of technical policies in the areas of administration management and information;
f.  coordination of planning, control, supervision, and evaluation of the program; and
G. implementation of relations with local government, related agencies, and community agencies in order to perform the duties of the office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

BAB II
ORGANIZATION ARRANGEMENT

Section 4
The organizational arrangement of the Ministry of Religious Affairs consists of:
a. Order Subsections;
B. Islamic Education Section;
C. Sacred Host of Hajj and Umrah;
D. The Guidance Section of the Islamic Society;
e. Christian organizers; and
f. Functional Office Groups.

Section 5
(1) The Subsection of Tata Business as referred to in Section 4 of the letter a has the task of coordinating the formulation of technical and planning policy, the execution of services and coaching of the administration, finance and goods of the country in the Office environment Ministry of Religious Affairs.
(2) The Islamic Education Section as referred to in Article 4 of the letter b has the duty of conducting service, technical guidance, coaching, and the management of data and information on the field of madrasah education, Islamic religious education and education religious Islam.
(3) The Hosting Section of the Hajj and Umrah as referred to in Article 4 of the letter c has the task of conducting service, technical guidance, coaching, and the management of data and information on the field of Hajj and umrah.
(4) The guidance section of the Islamic Society as referred to in Article 4 of the letter d has the task of conducting service, technical guidance, coaching, and the management of data and information on the guidance field of Islamic society.
(5) Christian organizers as referred to in Article 4 of the letter e have the task of conducting service, technical guidance, coaching, and the management of data and information on the Christian religious field.

BAB III
ETHIZATION

Section 6

(1) The Chief Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs is the structural position of the eselon IIIa
(2) Subsection Chief and Section Chief is the structural post of IVa eselon.
(3) The organizer is the post of an IVb eselon level.
BAB IV
THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP

Section 7
(1) The functional office group consists of a number of functional positions divided into various types and functional positions according to the field of expertise.
(2) The amount of functional power as referred to in paragraph (1) is determined based on the need and workload.
(3) The type and type of functional title as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed in accordance with the laws.

BAB V
WORK LAYOUT
Section 8
Each member of the organizational unit and functional office group in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs is required to apply the principle of coordination, integration, and synchronization in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and in relation between governments both central and regional.

Section 9
Each member of the organizational unit in the Office of the Regency Ministry Office is responsible for leading, organizing, and coordinating the execution of subordinate tasks.

Section 10
Each member of the organizational unit in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs is required to compose and develop policies, programs, and activities based on the strategic plan that has been established by implementing effective governance principles, efficient, clean, and accountable.

Section 11
Each member of the organizational unit in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs is required to develop the relations and establish cooperation with the local government and all other agencies as well as with the technical executor unit.

Section 12
Each member of the organizational unit in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs is required to host financial administration, accounting and financial reporting and performance as per the provisions of the laws.

Section 13
Each member of the organizational unit in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs is required to carry out the inherent oversight, performance assessment, complying with the provisions of the laws, and delivering the results of the results of the Its superior is berjenely and periodically.

BAB VI
LAIN PROVISIONS

Section 14
The implementation of the Khonghucu Religious Service tasks and other religions not served with the structural office of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, conducted by the Tata Subsection at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Section 15
The organizational structure of the Regency Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs is listed in the Annex which is an inseparable part of this Regulation.

CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 16
