THE DIGITAL BROADCAST TELEVISION STANDARD DIGITAL VIDEO BROADCASTING TERRESTRIAL-SECOND GENERATION

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE MINISTER OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to guarantee interconnectivity, interoperability, and network security and information tools and devices created, assembled, entered to be traded and/or used in the State of the State of the Republic of Indonesia must meet technical requirements;

11. Regulation of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number 17 /PER/M. KOMINFO/10/ 2010 on the Organization and the Working Effort of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics;

12. The rules of the Ministry of Communication and Informatics Number 15 /PER/M. KOMINFO/7/ 2011 about the Verb Adjustment on a Number of Decisions and/or the Ordinance of the Minister of Communication and Informatics that govern the Special Muatan Materials in the fields of Post and Telecommunications and the Decree and/or the Regulation of the Director General of Post and Telecommunications;

13. The rules of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number 22 /PER/M. KOMINFO/11/ 2011 on Hosting Terrestrial Digital Television Reception Remain Unpaid (Free To Air);

14. The rules of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Number 5/PER/KOMINFO/2/2012 on the Standard Broadcasting Digital Terrestrial Television Digital Terrestrial Receipts Remain Unpaid (Free To Air);

Decide:

SET: REGULATION MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATICS ABOUT THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE DEVICE AND THE RECEIVER DEVICE (SET TOP BOX) STANDARD-BASED DIGITAL BROADCAST TELEVISION DIGITAL VIDEO BROADCASTING TERRESTRIAL-SECOND GENERATION.

Article 1 Each tool and receiver device (set top box) standard-based digital video broadcasting terrestrial-second generation made, assembled, inserted for traded and/or used in the Territory of the State of Indonesia is required to meet technical requirements as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Minister's Regulation.

Article 2 (1) Assessment of the obligations every tool and receiver device (set

top box) broadcast television digital-based digital video broadcasting terrestrial-second generationin meeting technical requirements as referred to in Article 1 through testing performed by the Test Hall that has accreditation and has been is defined by the Directorate General of Resources and Post Devices and Informatics as the Board of Redemption.

(2) Testing of tools and receiver devices (set top box) standard digital broadcast broadcast digital video broadcasting Terrestrial-second generation as referred to paragraph (1) is executed according to the technical requirements as set forth in the Attachment that are an integral part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 3
