DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT CENTER FOR EDUCATORS AND EMPOWERMENT

CHAPTER I SEAT, TASK, AND FUNCTION

Article 1 (1) The Development and Enablement Centre and Power

The next education in this regulation is called PPPPTK is the technical executor unit. Ministry of Education and Culture in the field of development and empowerment of educators and educationist.

(2) PPPPTK is led by a Chief who is below and is responsible to the Head of Resource Development Agency Human Education and Culture and the Assurance of Education.

Article 2 of the PPPPTK has the task of carrying out the development and empowerment of educators and educationist in accordance with its field.

Section 3 In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, PPPPTK organizes functions:

a. Drafting of the development and empowerment program of educators and educationist;

b. data management and information improvement information of educator and workforce competence;

c. facilitation and implementation of increased pedagogical and educational competence;

d. execution of cooperation in the field of development and empowerment of educators and educationist;

e. the evaluation of the program and the facilitation of increased pedagogical and educational competence; and

f. The administration of PPPPTK administration.

CHAPTER II ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

First Section General Section 4

The PPPPTK consists of: a. Chief; b. General Part; c. Program and Information Systems; d. Competency Specific The Functional Office Group.

Part Two General

Section 5 of the General Section has the task of carrying out planning, program, budgeting, staffing, administration, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and PPPPTK-level.

Article 9

Article 13

(1) The Program section has the task of conducting program drafting, program evaluation, interagency cooperation, and development of model-improvement models of pedagogical and educational competence.

(2) The Data and Information Section has the task of conducting collection, processing and presentation of data and educational information and education personnel.

The Fourth Section of Competency Improvement

Section 15

Article 17 (1) The Hosting Section has the task of conducting the preparation

(2) The Evaluation Section has the task of conducting the investigation evaluation and drafting of the implementation of the implementation of the increased education and education workforce.

Fifth Part of the Functional Office Group

Article 18 (1) The functional office group as referred to in Section 4

CHAPTER V TATA LABOR

Article 21

In carrying out tasks and functions as referred to in Section 2 and Section 3 of the PPPPTK coordinate with the organization unit at

Article 22 Each work unit assists the Head of PPPPTK in carrying out the duties at Their respective fields.

Section 25 Each leader of the organization units in the PPPPTK environment is responsible for leading and coordinating their respective subordinates and providing guidance as well as instructions for the execution of subordinate duties.

Article 26 Each leader the unit of the organization is required to follow and adhere to the directions, be responsible to their respective superiors, and deliver the report regularly in time.

Article 28 In carrying out its duties each leader of the organization unit is assisted by the head of the work unit under it and in order to provide guidance to the respective subordinates each holding a periodic meeting.

Article 29 In carrying out the duties and functions of the Head of PPPPTK is required to submit a report to the Head of the Human Resources Development Board of Education and Culture and the Assurance Of The Education Mutu with a gust of The leadership of a functional organization unit has a working relationship with PPPPTK.

Article 30

Article 31 The details of the work unit task as the definitions of duties and functions in the Regulation of the Minister are further laid out in the Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Culture.

BAB VII

provisions of TRANSITION Article 32

All tasks and function as the implementation of the Regulation of the National Education Minister Number 8 Year 2007 on the Organization and the Working Centre for the Development and Empowerment Of Educators and Workforce Education is still in place until the task and function is based on provisions in this Minister's Regulation.

BAB VIII CLOSING PROVISIONS

Article 33 With the enactment of this Minister Regulation, Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 8 Year 2007 on the Organization and Tata Workforce Development and Empowerment Educators and the Educational Workforce is not apply.
