(3) Development and installation services in the field of electric power transmission as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b is classified in subfield:
a. high voltage electrical power transmission network and/or extra high voltage; and
B. Master Gardu.
(4) Development and installation services in the field of electric power distribution as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter c is classified in subfield:
a. the medium-voltage electric power distribution network; and
B. Low voltage power distribution network.
(5) Development and installation services in the field of Electrical Utilization Installation as referred to in paragraph (1) the d letter is classified in subfield:
a. Installation of high-voltage power utilization;
B. Installation of medium voltage utilization of electrical power; and
C. Installation of Low-voltage Power Utilition.
(6) Classification, Qualification, and certification of the planners, executors, and supervisors of civilian buildings and buildings for the installation of the provision of electric power following the provisions of the laws in the field of construction services.

Section 6
(1) The examination service efforts and testing of electrical power installations as referred to in Section 2 of the letter c are classified in the field:
a. electric power generation;
B. electric power transmission;
c. electrical power distribution; and
D. An Installation Of Electrical Power.
(2) The testing and testing services in the field of electrical power generation as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a classified in subfield:
a. steam power plant;
B. gas power plant;
c. gas-power power plant-uap;
D. the geothermal power plant;
e. the hydroelectric power plant;
f.   small and medium-scale hydroelectric power plants;
G. diesel power plant;
h. nuclear power plant; and
i.   other new energy power plants and other renewable energy power plants.
(3) The examination and test services business in the field of electrical power transmission as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b is classified in subfield:
a. high voltage electrical power transmission network and/or extra high voltage; and
B. Master Gardu.
(4) The examination and testing services in the field of electric power distribution as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter c are classified in subfields:
a. the medium-voltage electric power distribution network; and
B. Low voltage power distribution network.
(5) The examination and testing services in the field of the Electric Power Utilization Installation as referred to in paragraph (1) the d letter is classified in subfield:
a. Installation of high-voltage power utilization;
B. Installation of medium voltage utilization of electrical power; and
C. Installation of Low-voltage Power Utilition.

Section 7
(1) The operating services of the installation of electric power installations as referred to in Article 2 of the d-letter are classified in the field:
a. electric power generation;
B. electric power transmission; and
c. electrical power distribution.
(2) Operating services efforts in the generation of electrical power generation as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a classified in subfield:
a. steam power plant;
B. gas power plant;
c. gas-power power plant-uap;
D. the geothermal power plant;
e. the hydroelectric power plant;
f. small and medium-scale hydroelectric power plants;
G. diesel power plant;
h. nuclear power plant; and
i. other new energy power plants and other renewable energy power plants.
(3) Operating services efforts in the field of electrical power transmission as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b is classified in subfield:
a. high voltage electrical power transmission network and/or extra high voltage; and
B. Master Gardu.
(4) Operating services efforts in the field of electric power distribution as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter c is classified in subfield:

Section 8
(1) Electrical power installation maintenance service efforts as referred to in Article 2 of the letter e are classified in the field:
a. electric power generation;
B. electric power transmission; and
c. electrical power distribution.
(2) The maintenance services business in the field of electrical power generation as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a classified in subfield:
a. steam power plant;
B. gas power plant;
c. gas-power power plant-uap;
D. the geothermal power plant;
e. the hydroelectric power plant;
f.   small and medium-scale hydroelectric power plants;
G. diesel power plant;
h. nuclear power plant; and
i.   other new energy power plants and other renewable energy power plants.
(3) Maintenance services efforts in the field of electric power transmission as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b are classified in subfields:
a. high voltage electrical power transmission network and/or extra high voltage; and
B. Master Gardu.
(4) Maintenance services efforts in the field of electric power distribution as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter c is classified in subfield:
a. the medium-voltage electric power distribution network; and
B. Low voltage power distribution network.

Section 9
(1) The educational and training services efforts as referred to in Section 2 of the g are classified in the field:
a. electric power generation;
B. electric power transmission;
c. electrical power distribution;
D. installation of electric power utilization;
e. The acquicalalization of the composure; and
f.   The electric power industry.
(2) The educational and training services business in the field of electrical power generation as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a classified in subfield:
a. tallation of Low-voltage Power Utilition.

Section 5
(1) The construction and installation services as referred to in Section 2 of the letter b are classified in the field:
a. electric power generation;
B. electric power transmission;
c. electrical power distribution; and
D. An Installation Of Electrical Power.
(2) Development and installation services in the field of electric power generation as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a classified in subfield:
a. steam power plant;
B. gas power plant;
c. gas-power power plant-uap;
D. the geothermal power plant;
e. the hydroelectric power plant;
f.   small and medium-scale hydroelectric power plants;
G. diesel power plant;
h. nuclear power plant; anv style="text-align: center;"> Section 16
The accreditation of the electric power support services as referred to in Article 2 of the letter f, the letter g, the letter h, letter i, and the letter k are executed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

BAB III
ELECTRIC POWER SUPPORT SERVICES PERMIT
Section 17
(1) Electrical power support service permit as referred to in Section 3 of the paragraph (2) is provided in accordance with the Classification, Qualification, and/or Governing Body (s).
(2) Electric power support service permit as referred to in paragraph (1) provided by:
a. Minister, for the power-support services efforts undertaken by:
1. State-owned business entity; and
2. The majority private enterprise whose shares are owned by foreign investors.
B. It is the mayor for the business that the majority of its stock is owned by domestic investors.
(3) Electric power support services permit provided by the regent/mayor as referred to in paragraph (2) letter b, not included for inspection and testing services in the field of low voltage utilization of electrical power as set forth in Section 6 of the paragraph (5) of the letter c.
(4) Permission for inspection and testing services in the field of Low-voltage Electrical Utilization Installation as referred to in paragraph (3) provided by the Minister.

Section 18
(1) In order to obtain the power of the power support services referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (1), the business is applying to the Minister or the regent/mayor according to its authority.
(2) Pleas as referred to in paragraph (1) must meet the administrative requirements and technical requirements.
(3) The administrative requirements as referred to in paragraph (2) include:
a. the applicant ' s identity;
B. the deed of the establishment body;
c. enterprise body profile;
D. Mandatory Subject Number; and
e. Domicile certificate from the authorities.
(4) The technical requirements as referred to in paragraph (2) include the entitlement:
a. the certificate of the business entity in accordance with its Classification and qualifications, except for the attempted inspection and testing services in the field of low voltage utilization of electrical power;
B.   Engineering certified power;
c. Engineering performance;
D.   Quality management system.
(5) The further provisions of the manner of the application for the permit of the power of the electric power services are governed by the Ordinance of the Minister or the regent/mayor's rules in accordance with its authority.

Section 19
(1) Engineering as referred to in Section 18 of the paragraph (4) the letter b is required to have a certificate of competence.
(2) The charge of engineering as referred to in Article 18 of the paragraph (4) of the letter c is the Engineering Force that is designated as a responsible for the leadership of the business entity.
(3) The certificate referred to in paragraph (1) is provided by the certification institution of the Competency to the Engineering which meets the competency standards.
(4) The institution as referred to in paragraph (3) is required to be accredited by the Minister.
(5) In the conduct of accreditation as referred to in paragraph (4), the Minister may be assisted by the accreditation committee of the composure.
(6) The competency standards as referred to in paragraph (3) are set by the Minister.
(7) Further provisions on the manner of Engineering Workforce Certification are set up in the Minister ' s Rules.

Section 20
Holder of the mandatory power-support services permit:
a.   provide services with quality and good service in accordance with the quality management system;
B.   meets the technical standards and conditions of the safety of the composure;
c. prioriting the products and potential in the country in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the laws; and
D. provide periodic reports of 1 (one) years to the Minister or the regent/mayor in accordance with its authority.

BAB IV
COACHING AND SUPERVISION
Section 21
(1) Minister or regent/mayor in accordance with his authority on the coaching and supervision of the efforts of the power-support services.
(2) The coaching and supervision as referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted against:
a. The fulfilment of the process requirement; B. the primacy of the products and the potential in the country;
c. use of foreign labor;
D. The fulfillment of the obligations requirements in the power-support services permit; and
e. The fulfillment of the quality of the service is compatible with quality management systems
(3) Minister or regent/mayor in accordance with his authority to undertake coaching on the efforts of electric power support in the form of counseling, guidance, and training.
(4) In conducting the supervision as referred to in paragraph (1), the Minister or the regent/mayor in accordance with his authority may:
a.   doing checks in the field;
B.   request a report of the implementation of the electrical power support services in accordance with the fields and subfields of its efforts; and
c. perform analysis and evaluation of reports of attempted conduct in the field of electrical power support.
(5) In carrying out the supervision of the fulfilment of the requirements of the perseverance as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter of a, Minister or regent/mayor in accordance with his authority is assisted by the inspector of composure.
(6) In terms of the district/city there is not yet an inspector of notoriality as referred to in paragraph (5), the regent/mayor may appoint officials responsible in the field of notoriality to conduct surveillance.

Section 22
The Minister sets out the norms, standards, procedures and criteria in the field of electrical power support.

BAB V
ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION
Section 23
(1) Any holder of an electrical power support service that violates the provisions in Section 19 of the paragraph (1) or paragraph (2), Section 20 of the letter b, letter c, letter c, or letter d, subject to administrative sanction by the Minister or the regent/mayor in accordance with the His authority.
(2) administrative sanction as referred to in paragraph (1) shall be:
a. written reprimand;
B. freezing of temporary activities; and/or
Crise body certification are set in the Minister ' s Rules.

The Fourth Part
Accreditation
Section 15
(1) The Accreditation as referred to in Article 14 of the paragraph (2) is given by the Minister.
(2) In the conduct of accreditation as referred to in paragraph (1), the Minister may be assisted by the accreditation committee of the composure.
(3) Further provisions on the manner of accreditation are set in the Minister ' s Regulations.

(3) The two (three) times, and the three (three) times.
(4) In the case of a written rebuke, a verse (3) can be done by one (one) time if the activities of the power-support services are in jeopardy of the safety of the composure.
(5) In the case of the Licensee's license the charge of the electrical power which is subject to the sanction of a written reprimand after the end of the term of a written reprimand as referred to in verse (3) or verse (4) has not exercised its obligations, Minister or The mayor in accordance with his authority gives administrative sanctions a temporary freeze of temporary activities.
(6) administrative sanction of a temporary activity freeze as referred to in paragraph (5) is imposed for the longest term of 3 (three) months.
(7) administrative sanction of a revocation of the license as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter c is subject to the Licensee's license of the electric power service that does not carry out the obligation until the end of the term of the sanction freezing of temporary activities as referred to in verse (6).
(8) The revocation of the permit as referred to in paragraph (7) does not remove the obligation of the power-support of the electrical power service to a third party.

BAB VI
TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 24
(1) The Certificate of Power and the Certificate that has been provided before this Government Regulation is promulred, remains in effect until the end of the term of the Electrical Power Allowance and Certificate Service.
(2) The application of the Electric Power Support Services which has been submitted to the Minister or the regent/mayor and is still in the process, is required to conform to the provisions in this Government Regulation.

BAB VII
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 25
At the time this Government Regulation came into effect, all regulations on the implementation of Government Regulation No. 25 of 1995 on the Effort of Electric Power (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 1995 number 46, Additional Gazette of the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia) Indonesia Number 3603), stated to remain in effect as long as it does not conflict with this Government Regulation.

Section 26
At the time this Government Regulation entered into force, Government Regulation Number 25 of 1995 on the Effort of Electrical Power (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia in 1995 Number 46, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3603), revoked and declared not applicable.

Section 27
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
