ABOUT THE SECOND CHANGE OVER THE TERMS OF EAST KALIMANTAN PROVINCE AREA NUMBER 10 2008 ABOUT ORGANIZATION AND LAYOUT

HOSPITAL AREA OF EAST KALIMANTAN PROVINCE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

THE GOVERNOR OF EAST KALIMANTAN, DRAWS: A. that in connection with the improvement of the service

in the Regional General Hospital of East Kalimantan Province, so that it needs to be made changes to the organizational arrangement and the work of three (3) of the East Kalimantan Provincial Regional General Hospital;

b. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Regional Regulation on the Second Amendment to Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2008 on the Organization and Works of the Regional Hospital of East Kalimantan Province;

DECIDE:

Setting : The Local Regulation On Second Change

ON REGULATION OF THE PROVINCE OF EAST KALIMANTAN REGION NUMBER 10 OF 2008 ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE HOSPITAL AREA OF EAST KALIMANTAN PROVINCE.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regional Regulation of East Kalimantan Province Number 10 Year 2008 on the Organization and the Working Tata Hospital of the Province of East Kalimantan (Sheet Area Of East Kalimantan Province) In 2008, Number 10, an additional leaf area of East Kalimantan Province Number 35) as amended by the Regional Regulation of East Kalimantan Province Number 06 Year 2011 on Change of the Regulation of the Province of East Kalimantan No. 10 2008 on the Organization and Working Governance of the Regional Hospital of Borneo East (East Kalimantan 2011 Province Number 06) as follows:

The provisions of Section 7 are amended, so it reads as follows:

Article 7

(1) The Regional Hospital Organization (s), consists of:

A. Abdul Wahab Sjahranie County General Hospital, consists of: 1. Director; 2. Deputy General Director and Finance, bringing it:

a. General section, bring in: 1) Public and Supplied Sub-Part; 2) Workforce sub-sections.

b. The Finance section, subsections:

1) Sub Parts of the Treasury; 2) Sub Parts Accounting; 3) Sub-section Verification.

c. Program Planning Section, Supporting:

1) Sub-Part Drafting Of The Program; 2) Evaluation and Reporting Sub-Part.

3. Vice Director of Services, bringing it up:

a. Medik Service Field, carrying: 1) Medik Services Section of the Road; 2) Medic Services Section of Rawat Inap.

b. Areas of Nursing, carry it:

1) Section of Nursing Road; 2) The Nursing Section of the Inap Rawat.

c. Media and Partnership Record fields, are included:

1) Section Rekam Medik; 2) Partnership Section.

d. Service Installation, Consisting Of:

d. Installation Installation, Consisting Of:

as it is in the I, II, II, and III appendices which are an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Region.

Section II
