ABOUT
APPOINTMENT OF THE CONFORMANCE ASSESSMENT AGENCY IN ORDER OF ENACTMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) STEEL SHEET
ZINC LAYER (BJ. LS) OBLIGATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order for the implementation of the implementation of the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) of the Zinc Sheet Metal (BjLS) which is legally enforced with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 07/M-IND/PER/2/2008, in accordance with the the provisions of the laws have been conducted evaluation of the Institution of related Conformity, which is designated by the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and Steel quality testing of the Zinc Layer (BjLS);
c. that under consideration as intended in the letter a and the letter b, need to be issued the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) Zinc Sheet Steel (BjLS) Is Obligatory;

9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 07/M-IND/PER/2/2008 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Armored Layer Of Zinc Mandatory;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
11. Regulation Minister of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) OF THE ZINC SHEET STEEL (BJ.LS) ARE MANDATORY.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Products Certification Institute as set forth in this Minister ' s Regulation Attachment on the letter A to carry out the Zinc Sheet Steel SNI Certification (Bj.LS); and
B. The accredited test laboratory has been accredited as set forth in the Order of the Regulation of this Minister in the letter B to carry out the testing of the Zinc Sheet (Bj.LS) of Steel.
Section 2
The Assessment Board and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Policy, Climate, and Mutu Review Board Industry.
Section 3
The head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board is monitoring and evaluation of the designated Product Certification Institute and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 4
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister was promulred, the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010, along with regard to the appointment of the Institution of Conformity Assessment of the SNI of Steel Layers Of Zinc (Bj.LS) as referred to in Annex VIII The Minister ' s regulation is referred to, revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 5
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
