THE STANDARD DIGITAL TERRESTRIAL TELEVISION BROADCASTING RECEPTION REMAINS UNPAID (FREE-TO-AIR)

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATICS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that the development of terrestrial television broadcasting technology in the world is currently switching from analog broadcasting systems to digital broadcasting systems and based on the study and consultation with broadcast industry abusers, DVB-T2 is set to standard. Digital terrestrial television broadcasting reception remains unpaid (free-to-air) in Indonesia, replacing the DVB-T; standard.
B. that DVB-T standards, as set forth in the Regulation of the Minister of Communications and Informatics Numbers: 07 /P/M. KOMINFO/3/ 2007 on the Standard Terrestrial Digital Broadcasting Standards For Non-Mobile Television In Indonesia, have undergone development and the upgrade becomes DVB-T generation to two or called DVB-T2;
c. that under consideration as the letter a and the letter b, it is necessary to set the Minister of Communications and Informatics Regulations on the Standard Broadcasting Terrestrial Digital Television Admissions Remain Unpaid (Free-To-Air);

11. Rules of Minister of Communications and Informatics Number: 22 /PER/M. KOMINFO/11/ 2011 on the Hosting Of Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting Admissions Remain Unpaid (Free To Air).

DECIDED:

SET: MINISTER OF COMMUNICATION AND INFORMATICS REGULATIONS ON THE STANDARD OF TERRESTRIAL DIGITAL TELEVISION BROADCASTING ADMISSIONS REMAIN UNPAID (FREE-TO-AIR).

Section 1
The standard digital terrestrial television broadcasting reception remained non-paid (free-to-air) set in Indonesia was Digital Video Broadcasting-Terrestrial second generation(DVB-T2).

Section 2
(1) The provisions of the hosting of terrestrial digital television with DVB-T2 standards are governed by its own Regulation of Ministers.
(2) The Minister ' s Regulation as referred to in paragraph (1) includes:
a. The hosting of digital terrestrial television broadcasts has remained unpaid (free-to-air);
B. Master Plan (Master Plan) Radio Frequency for Terrestrial Digital Broadcast Television Purposes;

Section 3
By the time the Regulation of the Minister came into effect, the Regulation of the Minister Number: 07 /P/M. KOMINFO/3/ 2007 on the Terrestrial Digital Broadcasting Standards For Non-Mobile Televisions in Indonesia, revoked and declared to be not applicable.

Section 4
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
