ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) OF THE BERYODIUM CONSUMPTION SALT
OBLIGATORY

MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to exercise the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) of the Beryodium Consumption Salt which has been legally enforced with the Decree of the Minister of Industry Number 29/M/SK/2/1995 in accordance with the provisions of the The laws have been conducted evaluation of the Institution of Industry, which is designated by the Regulation of the Industry Minister Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and Quality testing of the Beryodium Consumption Salt;
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) Saline consumption salts are mandatory;

DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF BERYODIUM CONSUMPTION (SNI) OF SALT CONSUMPTION.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Product Certification Institute as set forth in the letter A Attachment of the Regulation of this Minister to carry out the Iodine Consumption of Beryodium consumption (s); and
B. The Laboratory of Testing, which has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Regulation of the Minister, is to carry out the testing of the Beryodium Consumption Salt.
Section 2
The Assessment Board and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Policy, Climate, and Mutu Review Board Industry.
Section 3
The head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board is monitoring and evaluation of the designated Product Certification Institute and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 4
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is promultable, the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010, along with regard to the appointment of the Institution of Consumption Assessment of the Salt SNI Consumption of Beryodium as set forth in Annex II The Minister ' s regulation is referred to, revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 5
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
