ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN ORDER FOR THE TREATMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) MELAMINE PRODUCTS –ARE EATING AND DRINKING SUPPLIES ARE MANDATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to exercise the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) Product Melamin–The Compulsory Feeding And Drinking which is mandatory with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 20/M-IND/PER/2/2012, in accordance with the provisions of the laws have been conducted evaluation of the Institution of related Concurrent Assessment, which is designated by the Regulation of the Industry Minister Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and Melamin–Product Quality Testing.
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of the Institution of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) Melamin& Product#150;est Eat And Drink Concurrent;

3. Government Regulation No. 102 Year 2000 on National Standardization (State Sheet of Indonesia 2000 Number 199, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4020);
4. Government Regulation Number 38 Year 2007 on the Partition of Government Affairs Between Government, Provincial Local Government and District/City Government (State Gazette of 2007 Indonesia Number 82, Extra State Sheet) Republic of Indonesia No. 4737);
5. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;

9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
10. Regulation Minister of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
11. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 20/M-IND/PER/5/2012 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Product Melamin-Percompletively Food and Drink Diamonds;
DECIDED:
SET: THE MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) MELAMIN PRODUCTS –WARE AND DRINK SUPPLIES ARE MANDATORY.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Product Certification Institute as set forth in the letter A Attachment of the Regulation of this Minister to perform the SNI Certification Product Melamin–The Feeding And Drinking and Drinking Equipment; and
B. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Order of the Minister's Ordinance to carry out the testing of Melamin& Product#150, Eat and Drink.
Section 2
(1) At the time the Minister ' s Regulation is promulred by the SNI Use Product Certificate (SPPT-SNI) which has been published by the Unappointed Product Certification Institute by the Regulation of this Minister must be transferred to another designated LSPro.
(2) The head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board performs the coordination of the Certificate of Use of the Use of SNI (SPPT-SNI) as referred to in paragraph (1) at least six (six) months, since promulgated The rules of this minister.
(3) The SPPT-SNI (SPPT-SNI) Certificate of Use Product (SPPT-SNI) which has been diverted as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is stated in effect until the corresponding SPPT-SNI is terminated.
Section 3
The Assessment Board and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Policy, Climate, and Mutu Review Board Industry.
Section 4
The head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board is monitoring and evaluation of the designated Certification and Laboratory Institution as referred to in Article 1.
Section 5
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is promultable, the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010, along with regard to the Appointment Institution's appointment of the SNI Product Melamin–Eat and Drink the Food and Drink as contemplated. in Annex XXIII The Minister ' s Regulations are referred, revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 6
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
