ABOUT
THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) CACAO POWDER IS MANDATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to exercise the implementation of the Indonesian National Standard Treatment and supervision (SNI) Cocoa Powder which is mandatory with the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 45/M-IND/PER/5/2009 as it has been several times amended last with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 60/M-IND/PER/6/2010, in accordance with the provisions of the laws have been conducted evaluation of the Institution of related Conformity, which is designated by the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and Powder quality testing.
c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment Of The institution Of Conformance In The Order Of The Treatment And Surveillance Of The National Standards Of Indonesia (SNI) Cocoa Powder Mandatory;

8. Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 84 /P of the Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesian Cabinet II period 2009-2014 as amended last year by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 59 /P of the Year 2011;
9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 45/M-IND/PER/5/2009 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) Cocoa Powder Compulsory as it has been several times amended last with Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 60/M-IND/PER/6/2010;
10. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
11. Regulation Minister of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) CACAO POWDER COMPULSORY.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. The Accredited Product Certification Institute as set forth in the letter A Attachment of the Regulation of this Minister to perform the SNI Cocoa Powder SNI Certification; and
B. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Regulation of the Minister is to carry out the testing of the Cocoa Powder.
Section 2
(1) At the time the Minister ' s Regulation is promulred by the SNI Use Product Certificate (SPPT-SNI) which has been published by the Unappointed Product Certification Institute by the Regulation of this Minister must be transferred to another designated LSPro.
(2) The head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board performs the coordination of the Certificate of Use of the Use of SNI (SPPT-SNI) as referred to in paragraph (1) at least six (six) months, since promulgated The rules of this minister.
(3) The SPPT-SNI (SPPT-SNI) Certificate of Use Product (SPPT-SNI) which has been diverted as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is stated in effect until the corresponding SPPT-SNI is terminated.
Section 3
The Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Agro Industry and Head of the Industry Review, Climate, and Industrial Studies.
Section 4
The head of the Policy, Climate, and Industrial Review Board is monitoring and evaluation of the designated Product Certification Institute and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.
Section 5
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister is promultable, the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 109/M-IND/PER/10/2010, along with regard to the appointment of the Institution of Conformity Assessment of the SNI Cocoa Powder as referred to in Annex XXII of the Minister's Ordinance intended, revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 6
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
