a.   Pancasila;

BAB II
INDONESIAN INTANGIBLE CULTURAL HERITAGE CATEGORY
Section 3
The Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia consists of:
a.   tradition and oral expression;
B.   Performing arts;
C.   The customs of the society, the rite, and the fairest of the people;
D.   the knowledge and behavior of behavior concerning nature and the universe; and/or
e.   traditional craft skills and proficiency.

Section 4
(1) The Intangible Culture can be derived from individuals, groups of people, or the Adat Law Society.
(2) The Intangible Culture can be established as an Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage with the criteria:
a.   is a Intangible Culture that symbolits the cultural identity of the community;
B.   is a Intangible Culture that has an important value for the nation and country;
c. is the Intangible Culture that the entire Indonesian community receives;
D.   have cultural values that can raise awareness of the jatidiri and unity of the nation; and
e.   It is a culture of intangible that has the value of diplomacy.
(3) The Intangible Culture which has a special meaning to the people or people of Indonesia, but does not meet the criteria of Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage as referred to in verse (2) can be proposed by the Expert Team as a Intangible Cultural Heritage Indonesia.
(4) The Intangible Culture as referred to in verse (3) can be designated as the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia with the conditions of its conditions which are already endangered or abandoned by the public.

BAB III
Registration
Section 5
(1) Each Person or Society of Adat Law plays an active role of Registration of Intangible Culture.
(2) Registration as referred to in paragraph (1) is submitted to BPNB, SKPD Province, SKPD District/City.
(3) Registration is carried out by means of filling the Intangible Cultural Registry form.
(4) The Intangible Cultural Registry which has been submitted as referred to in paragraph (2) is passed on to the INDB Directorate.

BAB IV
NOTE
Section 6
(1) The enforcement is carried out by the INDB Directorate against:
a.   The Takobjects culture whose application form has been verified by BPNB; and
B.   The Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia which has been established by the Minister.
(2) Inform of Intangible Culture as referred to in verse (1) the letter a list of the wealth of Intangible Culture.
(3) Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b of the Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage list.
(4) The Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage (SIT) which has been designated by the Minister as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b with the registration file and the results of verification and assessment by the Expert Team.

BAB V
ASSIGNMENT
Section 7
Indonesia ' s Intangible Cultural Heritage designation aims:
a.   Preserve the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia;
B.   enhancing the nation ' s harkat and dignity;
c. strengthen the nation ' s character, identity, and personality;
D.   promoting the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia to the wider community; and
e.   enhance the welfare of the people

Section 8
(1) The Expert Team provides a recommendation to the verified Intangible Culture and is judged to be established into the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia.
(2) The results of the assessment conducted by the Expert Team in the form of the Intangible Cultural Penetration Recommendation as the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia are delivered to the Minister.
(3) The recommendation as specified in paragraph (3) is:
a.   file verification and assessment results; and
B.   A brief description of the Intangible Culture that meets the criteria of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia.
(4) A brief description of the Intangible Culture that meets the criteria as an Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage as referred to in paragraph (3) the letter b contains:
a.   Taktangible Culture Name;
B.   location or cultural scope;
c. short history of Intangible Culture;
D.   brief description of the Intangible Culture; and
e.   reasons to be designated as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia.

Section 9
(1) The Minister established the Intangible Culture into the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia after receiving the recommendation of the Expert Team.
(2) The Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia as referred to in paragraph (1) is defined by the Decree of the Minister.

BAB VI
PRESERVATION
Section 10
The preservation of Indonesia ' s Intangible Cultural Heritage includes Pelindungan, Development, and Baths of benefit.

Section 11
(1) The Government and the Government of the Regions are obligated to guarantee the Preservation of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia through the program of increased awareness of preservation.
(2) The Government and the Local Government have an action plan in preserving the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indones4. The Local Government is the governor, regent, or mayor, and the area ' s device as an element of the organizer of the local government.
15. The Minister is the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of culture.

17. The next Hall of Cultural Preservation (BPNB) is the central working unit that carries out technical tasks of intangible cultural areas in the area.

(1) Each Person and Society of Adat Law plays an active role of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia through the Registry.

(3) Government and Local Government doing Pelindungan by way:

c. provide an award to Everyone and/or the Society of Adat Law which plays an active role performing the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia.
(4) The Pelindungan of Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage took precedents to maintain and save its existence.

Section 13
(1) Each Person and/or Legal Society of Adat can perform the Development of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia.
(2) The development of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 14
(1) Intangible of Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage for the benefit of religious, social, economic, scientific, technological, and cultural education.
(2) The Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage Monitoring is carried out through:
a.   dissemination of the Intangible Cultural Heritage value information of Indonesia, character, and nation pekerti;
B.  The Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage exhibition in order to plant the value of tradition and the coaching of the nation's character and pekerti; and
c. packaging the study materials in order to plant the value of Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage as well as the coaching of the nation ' s character and pekerti.

BAB VII
INDONESIAN INTANGIBLE CULTURAL HERITAGE TEAM
Section 15
(1) The Expert Team consists of the chairman, secretary, and member of 15 (fifteen) people.
(2) The Expert Team was appointed and dismissed by the Director General of Culture.
(3) The requirement to be an Expert Team is as follows:
a.   nationals of Indonesia;
B.   has high integrity in the field of cultural development;
c. The lowest education of strata 1 (one) in the field of culture or to have expertise in the cultural sphere recognized by the cultural community;
D.   healthy physical and spiritual; and
e.   have experience in the field of Intangible Culture.
(4) The Expert Team ' s tenure is valid for 2 (two) years and may be proposed to be reappointed.
(5) The Expert Team is dismissed in active time if:
a.   dead of the world;
B.   resigning;
c. found guilty and sentenced to a prison sentence based on the court ruling that has had the power of the law fixed; or
D.   cannot be physically and spiritually able to carry out duties and obligations.
(6) The Expert Team may be assisted by a source in accordance with the Takobjects Culture proposed to be designated as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia.

BAB VIII
REPORTING
Section 16
Indonesia's Intangible Cultural Heritage Results have been reported to the Minister.

BAB IX
FUNDING
Section 17
The funding of Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage is derived from the State Revenue and Shopping Budget.

OTHER
Section 18
Further provisions on the category of Indonesian Intangible Cultural Heritage, Registration, Redemption, Intangible Cultural Heritage Team of Indonesia, and reporting as referred to in Article 3, Section 5, Section 7, Section 15, Article 15, and Section 16 of the Minister's Ordinance this is set in the guidelines set by the Culture General Chairman.
