TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 7
At the time the Regulation of the Minister comes into effect, against:
a.   WIUP radioactive minerals;
B.   WIUP metal minerals, WPR of metal minerals, and the KK region of metal minerals;

Establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES ON THE TECHNICAL CRITERIA OF THE MINING AREA.

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. Mining Region is a region that has the potential for resource resources and is the site of mining activities in both land and water areas.
2. The Mining Area, which is next called WP, is a region that has a potential mineral and/or coal and is not tied to the limits of administration administration that is part of the national space system.
3. The Mining Business Permit Area, which is next called WIUP, is the region given to the Mining Effort ' s permit holder.
4. The People 's Mining Area, which is next called WPR, is part of the Mining Area where the people' s mining efforts are undertaken.
5. Contract Works, which subsequently called KK, is an agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Indonesian law firm in order to plant foreign capital to carry out mining of mineral excavating materials, no. including petroleum, natural gas, geothermal, radioactive, and coal.

Section 2
(1) The Mining Untukan Region can be a Mining Untukan Region:
a.   mineral;
B.   coal;
c. oil and petroleum; and/or
D.   Earth heat.
(2) The Mining Area of the Mining as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a and the letter b is equal to the mineral and coal-based WP.
(3) Minerals as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a consists of:
a.   radioactive mineral
B.   metal mineral;

(5) The oil and gas of the earth as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter c among others:
a.   earth oil;
B.   earth gas;
c. coal methane gas;
D.   shale gas;
e.   shale oil;
f.    tight sand gas; and
G.   methane-hydrate.
